Berry Explosion Juice
Directions
12 oz
1. For best results, freeze and thaw berries prior to using in this
95 cal
recipe (Freezing and thawing increases the amount of juice
that the berries will yield).
2. Wash and weigh out the produce.
3. Remove the rind from the watermelon.
4. Juice the watermelon, pomegranate arils, and mint, set aside.
5. Remove the green tops from the strawberries.
6. Put the thawed berries in a high powered blender and add
enough of the juice you just made to cover the berries. Start
blending slowly, while adding the remaining juice (do not go
above medium speed) until you have a berry-based puree.
7. Pass the blended juice through a fine mesh strainer, using a
spoon to push through if needed (The puree should be thin
enough to pass through the strainer, easier than straight-up
pureed berries).

Strawberry
Rhubarb Juice
Ingredients
12 oz
Strawberries
(Preferably Frozen). . . . . . . 6.00 oz
Rhubarb . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1.75 oz
Green Apple . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1.80 oz
95 cal
Red Apple
(we used Fuji). . . . . . . . . . . . . 9.23 oz
Lemon. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0.50 oz
Directions
1. Prior to making this recipe, remove the strawberries from
the freezer to thaw. They are ready to juice with the rest
of the ingredients when they are halfway thawed out.
2. Wash fresh produce and weigh ingredients.
3. Quarter the lemon (leaving skin on) and place directly
into the press. If you don’t have a juice press, peel the
lemon and juice with the rest of the ingredients.
4. Grind remaining ingredients together and press.
Tips
•
You can use fresh strawberries that have not been
frozen, but you may find that you get more juice yield
when you use half thawed berries.
•
If you are unable to get fresh, in-season rhubarb, you
can usually find it frozen. Just thaw or use slightly frozen
and juice with the rest of your ingredients.
•
Strawberry is a mushy fruit, so take care not to overfill
the press to avoid overflow.
•
This easily becomes an amazing spring cocktail – just
add vodka!

juice press, leave the skin on the pineapple.
3. Juice all ingredients together.
Tips
•
Leave the skin on the pineapple if using a Goodnature juice
150 cal
Ingredients
Pineapple . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 9.75 oz
Cucumber . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 5.73 oz
Green Apple . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 3.88 oz
Fresh Mint. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0.24 oz
press. It contains a high concentration of valuable nutrients.
•
When putting the produce down the hopper of the grinder,
it is best to use a mix of greens and the softer fruits like pineapple.
The greens grind better this way and the end result is more juice. Leave 2 or 3 chunks
of apples for the very end, as apples do a good job at cleaning the grinder and pushing
any bits of mint or pineapple through that didn’t make it through.
•

If mint stems are tender and green, you can use them as well as the leaves!

Ingredients
12 oz
Elderberry Juice. . . . . . . . . . . 1.00 oz
Bosc Pear. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 13.50 oz
Peeled Orange. . . . . . . . . . . 3.50 oz
Ginger. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0.25 oz
100 cal
Turmeric. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0.10 oz
Lemon. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0.60 oz
Sea Buckthorn Oil
(Optional). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0.04 oz
Directions
1. Wash produce thoroughly.
2. Peel the oranges and weigh the produce.
3. Quarter the lemons and place them directly into
the press. If you do not have a juice press, peel the
lemons and juice with the rest of the produce.
4. Grind and press/juice the remaining produce together.
5. Mix in elderberry juice.
6. Add 5-6 drops of sea buckthorn oil to each
serving (optional).
Tips
•
If you want to sweeten it, try adding some raw honey,
maple syrup or agave — but be sure to go easy on it!
•
If you want to use fresh elderberries instead of using
an extract, you will need about 2.25oz of fresh berries
per serving of this recipe. Freeze them, then thaw before
putting them in your juice press, as this will increase
the juice yield and ensure it will make the 1oz of juice
needed for this recipe.

Even amounts of ginger and lemon make a great base
for any juice shot. From there, you can customize it however
Ginger. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 4.26 oz

Celery. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 4.86 oz
Cayenne, Ground. . . . . . . . 0.02 oz
you want! We like to choose fruit and veggies that are in
season because they are fresher, taste better and are
usually less expensive than when they are out of season.
•
Peeling the lemon is a matter of preference. I like to
“skip peel” them, which is basically just roughly cutting
off the peel, leaving some behind. This speeds up prep,
and the little bit of peel adds a zest!

4. Grind remaining ingredients together and press.

Ingredients
Watermelon
(Seedless). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 15.00 oz
Lime . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0.23 oz
Mint Leaves . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0.11 oz
Tips
•
Watermelon is a mushy fruit, so take care not to overfill the press to avoid overflow.
•
Add a little beet juice to brighten the color!
•
You can actually leave the watermelon skin on if you prefer (there are nutrients in the skin)
but the juice will look less vibrant and will mellow the flavor a bit. If your watermelon is not
that sweet, you will want to peel it.
•
20
If mint stems are tender and green, you can use them as well as the leaves!

Carrot . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 3.50 oz
Passion Fruit Pulp . . . . . . . . 0.50 oz
Local Honey. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0.75 oz
Directions
1. Wash the produce and prep by peeling the grapefruit
and orange, then weigh the ingredients.
2. Grind the grapefruit, orange and carrot, then press.
3. Add the honey and ashwagandha extract to the
juice and mix.
4. Add the passion fruit (with seeds for texture), and mix.
Tips
•
If you’re not keen on the seedy texture, just filter out the
passion fruit seeds with a sieve.
•
Ashwagandha root liquid extract works the best for
mixing into juices. We like this liquid extract. If all you
have is a powder, whisk it into the juice until the clumps
disappear. Powders work best in smoothies.

the bowl (to avoid clumping) and whisk. Combine mixture

Sweet Heat Pineapple
Green Juice
Ingredients
12 oz
Pineapple . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 19.5 oz
Serrano chili. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0.15 oz
Spinach. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0.70 oz
Mint. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0.15 oz
120 cal
Directions
1. Wash and weigh the produce.
2. Prepare the pineapple by removing the green crown
and cutting into pieces small enough to fit into the
grinder. Leave the skin on if you have a juice press.
3. Juice all ingredients together.
Tips
•
You can remove the Serrano chili pepper seeds for
a milder flavor or keep them in for added heat. Spicy
jalapeño peppers are a milder alternative to Serranos
that may be easier to find at your local grocery.
•
If the mint stems are green and soft you can juice
those as well.
•
Pineapple is high on the mushy spectrum, so take
care not to overfill the press to avoid overflow.

into the press. If you don’t have a juice press, peel the
lemon and juice with the rest of the ingredients.
2. Grind the produce and press.
3. Pour into three 4 oz servings or down all 12 oz at once for
a powerful dose of nutrients! (experienced juicers only)
Ingredients
Ginger. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 6.00 oz
Lemon. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 6.00 oz
Red Apple . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 5.00 oz
Tips
•
No need to peel the ginger, it actually has a light gingery
flavor and some nutritional value as well.
•
If turmeric root is unavailable, you can sub ground turmeric. For
every 1 ounce of turmeric root, use 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
•
Did you know lemon juice is alkalizing? In its original state it is acidic with a pH of
about 2, but once metabolized in the body, it becomes alkaline with a pH of 7+.
•
Adjust to your taste! You can add less apple for more punch, or more apple
to make it like a cider.

Renew + Repair Aloe Vera Juice
Directions
1. Wash the produce.
12 oz
95 cal
2. Peel and de-seed the honeydew.
3. Weigh the ingredients.
Ingredients
4. Quarter the lime (leaving skin on) and place directly into
Aloe Vera Gel. . . . . . . . . . . . . 0.25 oz
the press. If you don’t have a juice press, peel the lime
and juice with the honeydew.
5. Grind and press the honeydew melon, then add the
coconut water and aloe gel to the juice.
Honeydew (Peeled) . . . . . 13.67 oz
Lime . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 0.70 oz
Coconut Water. . . . . . . . . . 1.75 fl oz
Tips
•
You can make your own aloe gel from fresh aloe (most markets sell the leaves), or you
can purchase the gel already made, just make sure it is 100% pure aloe and made for
consumption (and not topical use, which usually has other ingredients mixed in).
•
If you use fresh aloe leaves, choose a large aloe vera leaf to get the most out of it. Be sure to
use a sharp knife to cut both skinny sides, then one of the wider sides, and then scrape the
gel out. Don’t get too close to the leaves when scraping! You only want to scrape out clear
gel and it will become yellow if you scrape too close to the skin.
