For best results, freeze and thaw berries prior to using in this 95 cal recipe (Freezing and thawing increases the amount of juice that the berries will yield). 2. Wash and weigh out the produce. 3. Remove the rind from the watermelon. 4. Juice the watermelon, pomegranate arils, and mint, set aside. 5. Remove the green tops from the strawberries. 6. Put the thawed berries in a high powered blender and add enough of the juice you just made to cover the berries. Start blending slowly, while adding the remaining juice (do not go above medium speed) until you have a berry-based puree. 7.
