INTRODUCTION

countries with lower taxes and labor costs as a cost-cutting measure. This practice helps them
benefit from quicker reporting, increased productivity, and flexible resource management.
However, outsourcing has its downsides, such as potential data breaches, communication
problems that can delay projects, and negative customer reactions, which might affect domestic
job opportunities.
According to Harold Rey Ladaran of 2023, BPO sector in 2026 would have a notable rate and
projected to have an increase in customer service industry to increase by $20.5 billion. It
promotes globalization due to its offshoring and outsourcing practices.Philippines is one of the
competitive countries in the BPO sector because of the Asian nation’s professionalism and work
ethics that makes them one of the contributors of international trade. It became advantageous
when it comes to cost savings as it includes a work from home working arrangement that
doesn’t not require an office, access to specialized skills and increase in operational efficiency.
Talented people, young and old are becoming more confident as they could be a part time or a
full time worker which increases job possibilities and a result of a declining unemployment rate
to the country that offers services for another company. On the contrary, some minimal
disadvantages in the workforce is the commission of the BPO center to the employees’ salary.

evaluations. Jain regrets her decision to join this Concentrix company and warns others not to
make the same mistake.

popular for BPO because of their enthusiasm. Improvements in BPO are driven by the need for
quality, a lack of skilled workers, and the shift to outsourcing. In catering, BPO focuses on
ensuring quality and cleanliness, while in customer service, clients choose the services they
need.
