a clean, dry mustache. Soften a pea-sized amount of wax between your
fingers. Apply it from the center outward, using a mustache comb to
distribute it evenly. For a natural look, smooth the mustache with your
fingers. For a styled look, twist the ends and hold. Use a hairdryer on low
heat to set the wax if needed. Carry the wax for touch-ups throughout the

Finally ran out of my 3 cans of Death Grip, by Vintage Grooming. A wax I am thoroughly impressed by and
use every day.
I was invited to purchase Bone Crusher on an early batch but still had a mountain of Death Grip and did not
need another tin in my supplies.
That said; I would have bought 2 had I known just how great the latest offering from Vintage Grooming is.
I ordered a can, and was rather excited.
I absolutely love the packaging and branding from Vintage Grooming. I own a tee shirt and their stickers
decorate my work shop. And I find uses for the tins. And the guitar picks are a little extra detail that really
make their wax stand out.
So I couldn't wait to see the latest art featured on the Bone Crusher.
I was not disappointed. The art is phenomenal and unique. But Art doesn't make the wax.
The price is right in line with their other waxes. It won't break the bank and your money will go far. And it's

Takes some trial and error to figure out the amount needed, as everyone's different and hair types are
different. A little goes a long way! Once you find what works for you! This stuff holds strong!
Use a hair dryer to heat the product and apply, heat your beard and 'stache then blast the cold to hold it's
form!
We went paddleboarding and swimming and my husband's mustache held strong, he also got many
compliments on it while we were out!
The smell is great and not too strong!

I am new to mustache waxes and am searching for the right product for me. Several years ago I tried a wax
that was not strong enough. With a newly grown mustache, I knew I needed something stronger. I order a
super strong wax. The stuff was like tar. I had to wash my hands a number of times to get it off. It was a mess
and very difficult to work. In addition, I have a white, not gray, mustache and beard at age 73. That stuff was
very dark and discolored my hair terribly. I next tried some "paste" from my local Walmart. Awful stuff with no
hold.
So, after lots of searching, I ordered the Death Grip Bare Bones. It is still pretty sticky, but not as bad as the
other I had tried. The worst part for me is that it does discolor my white hair a bit to give it a yellowish brown
tint. Not good. I think for those without white hair, this would be a good choice.
I am still searching. Currently, I am trying 3 different products. First, plain 100% beeswax. Actually not bad. It
is way less expensive than most waxes and works just the same. Overall, I am still learning to work with it.
Next, I am trying hairspray. I spray some on a comb and run it through my mustache. It dries quickly and

I've tried a few ways. I just like a little when I'm growing out my mustache. It keeps it from getting in my
mouth. This is the hardest wax I've ever tried. It came with a guitar pick. When I saw that I was like "cool, I
play guitar, I can use this". It dawned on me the next day that it's for scooping out the wax. I used some the
other night to go out. I didn't use the pick and I basically warmed it up by rubbing my finger on it. I didn't get a
ton but it was enough to work. Then I tried using the pick. Much easier. So over all I really like this wax. It's
perfect for a strong hold. You don't need a ton but if you want to do those fancy curls then you need this kind
of wax.

for me, this picture was taken after a full days use. It held strong throughout the day. The wax pick that it
comes with allows for you to precisely control how much product you apply. I recommend this product if you
need something to style and hold everything in place. It has a very subtle scent and isnt overwhelming,
making it perfect for all day wear.

I usually use prorasso and I can tell this is going
to suit me much better. I have to work out in the
wilderness in all manner of elements, wet, dry,
hot or cold, and the prorasso just can't keep up.
Death Grip has a channel with some
instructional videos on moustache care and how
to apply their waxes - I highly recommend
watching some of them as I did. For best results
you're going to want a hairdryer and a good

For months I've been struggling to find a wax that would hold my moustache in good order. Now this quest
has come to an end! Death grip is probably the strongest product on the market. It is extremely tacky due to
the high pine resin content. This stuff contains also lanoline which is definitely good for you moustache. Aside
from lanoline, the product has no added scent and is easy to wear the whole day.
I highly recommend this wax, especially to guys who struggle with very thick and straight facial hair that are
difficult to tame.
