"Peace Pledge"
Distribute paper and pens to students. Ask each student to write
down one commitment or action they pledge to take to promote
peace in their own lives or communities. It could be something as
simple as resolving conflicts peacefully, volunteering for a cause,
or advocating for positive change. After writing their pledges,
students can share them with the class if they feel comfortable.
Reflection and Closing
Conclude the lesson by inviting students to reflect on what they
have learned about peace and how it applies to their lives.
Encourage them to think about the role they can play in creating a
more peaceful world. Emphasize the importance of empathy,
understanding, and active engagement in addressing conflicts and
building bridges between people.
