Angostura bitters. Add 2 oz of bourbon or rye whiskey and ice,
then stir until well-diluted. Strain into a rocks glass over a large

oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1/2 oz of simple syrup. Add ice and

6. Mojito
Ingredients: White Rum, Fresh Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, Fresh
Mint Leaves, Club Soda, Ice
How to: In a glass, muddle a handful of fresh mint leaves with 1
oz of fresh lime juice and 1/2 oz of simple syrup. Add 2 oz of
white rum and fill the glass with ice. Top with club soda and stir
gently. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
