Restaurant
The food was not very good quality and was overpriced. On top of that, there
was dirt on top of the cans of soda and when we went to pay, the owner was
having a phone conversation the entire time while at the counter and we had
to wait until another person who worked there noticed this in order for us to
pay for the food. It was overall a very bad experience.
Hotel Room
I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the room I stayed in. One of
the most significant issues I encountered was with the bed. It was extremely
uncomfortable and making it difficult for me to get a good night’s sleep. This
made for a restless and unpleasant stay.
The cleanliness of the room is also a major concern. The toilet was not clean
and there were several stains on the floor. These issues made it clear that the
room was not being properly maintained and left me feeling frustrated with
the quality of the hotel.
The services
During my stay at the Easy Plaza Hotel, I was deeply disappointed with the
quality of the staff and services. Getting assistance with basic requests was
difficult, and the staff seemed uninterested in improving my stay. It was clear
that the hotel was not investing in training and maintaining a high level of
customer service, leading to an unsatisfactory experience.
Review on the facilities
The facilities at the hotel were also a major disappointment during my stay.
Many of them seemed to be in disrepair, with some not functioning properly
at all. One of the most frustrating issues I encountered was with the elevators.
It was difficult to access my room, especially when I had luggage with me, as
the elevators were not working.
Additionally, the pool area was not well-maintained. The water was not clean
and there were several broken tiles around the pool. This made it unappealing
to use and left me feeling frustrated that I was paying for amenities that were
not up to par.
