The significance of analyzing social media engagement with consumers in real estate is due to the quick growth of different platforms. such as Instagram, and Snapchat, organizations use it as a channel and connection to the consumer to contribute to their consumers. Nowadays, social media has a huge impact on consumers, and companies need to understand it very well so they can implement some strategies and techniques to affect the consumer positively and create a need in the real estate market in Bahrain. c. Research problem the research problem in this study is to understand the role of social media in consumer engagement within the Bahraini real estate market. d. Research gap Many studies show the impact of social media on consumers in the real estate market, but there are fewer studies in the Bahrain market. The studies show limited vision in the strategies and techniques that real estate companies are using on social media in Bahrain. That shows that there is a gap in understanding the social media platforms of the real estate companies in Bahrain to deal with the consumers and reach them easily. e. Research aims, and 3-4 max research questions. Research aim: the research aims to analyze consumer engagement in the real estate market in Bahrain and implement some strategies and techniques to reach to consumers easily. Research questions: 1. How do real estate companies in Bahrain use social media platforms for consumer engagement? 2. What are the main factors that are affecting consumer engagement on social media in the Bahrain real estate market? 3. What are the strategies and techniques that are most effective that real estate organizations use to connect with consumers? 4. What strategies can be implemented to increase consumer engagement in social media companies in Bahrain? f. Proposed methodology- what method you aim to use, which data you will aim to collect, where you will collect this data, and why. Qualitative research methods such as interviews, focus groups, consumers, and real estate agent companies in Bahrain to collect as much data to discover consumer experiences through social media and can be changed to be better for real estate companies. Collecting data will be from the different social media platforms, interviews, focus groups, real estate agents, and marketing departments in different companies. g. Base paper -summary The study of the Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (TRA) of the Kingdom of Bahrain has published its latest Telecommunications Survey report. According to the survey, the use of the Internet reached 99% and it clearly shows that consumers can handle the cost of the services. Consumers use most of the social media platforms such as WhatsApp, YouTube 99% of the consumers, then Facebook, and Instagram 95%.
