Any rescheduling should use either Transporeon or EDI feeds to communicate with the LOS function via ITM Alerts. If a flow does not have this functionality yet, a clear deadline is needed to have this operational – this is the responsibility of the Office upon handover. Until secured, Carriers can also use the ‘Internal Rescheduling’ Template Internal 6 Our stakeholders DO NOT need to send one email per shipment. If there are multiple shipments affected with the same issue, one email can be sent for the same action.
