shipments or more systemic issues i.e. Capacity
concerns, Port Congestion or supply chain
incidents.

Service Providers
Carriers and Service Providers need to use the
current systems for rescheduling needs.
Any rescheduling should use either Transporeon or
EDI feeds to communicate with the LOS function via
ITM Alerts.
If a flow does not have this functionality yet, a clear
deadline is needed to have this operational – this is
the responsibility of the Office upon handover.
Until secured, Carriers can also use the ‘Internal
Rescheduling’ Template

Our stakeholders DO NOT need to send one email
per shipment. If there are multiple shipments
affected with the same issue, one email can be
sent for the same action. One shipment ID needs
to be in the subject of the email so we can quickly
reference within the inbox.

Summary and Key Points
Depending on quantity of mail received, there will
be potential for additional mailboxes needing to
be set up to accommodate size. This will be
communicated accordingly.
