Brief description
1. Provide direction to all stakeholders through policy
formulation, coordination, monitoring and
evaluation of all activities to “Make The Rights
Real” for all persons with disabilities to achieve
disability inclusive development.
2. All persons with disabilities are able to attain their
fullest potential and to become active
contributors and participants in nation-building.
3. Capacity building of stakeholders in the
implementation of the UN Convention on the
Rights of Persons with Disabilities as well as local
laws on disability.
To encourage and motivate stakeholders in the
barangay, academe, and establishments to promote
inclusivity and demonstrate commitment in making a
PWD friendly community by being sensitive with the
different disabilities.
