Multi grade is a class which give cognitive learning to children were two or more
grade are combine together in safe environment. This also gives opportunity to
teachers to learn different cultures and ways of children. To the point of view were
everything should be applicable. Further more the children should feel during class
ours the motivation to keep going no matter what happened. Else were the teacher
should give focus to the proper lesson to indicate more ways for the children to able to
learn without hesitation . A perfect multi grade class room is filled with different
instrument to let the children learn efficiently.More to give is that the teacher should
be trained well to handle multi grade classes. A teacher should be mastering the
techniques to teach different grade levels. For my own point of view is that a teacher
should b able to give more time and dedication to the purpose of teaching its not about
the salary but the passion to teach.When challenges comes along as teacher , a
teachers should be tough to face each problem and difficulties along the way.Life as a
teacher is filled with challenges, one of that is how handle different characteristics of
children.Such as behaviours and manners to be trained well.
As time goes by a teacher should be able to conquer different problems nor obstacles to be able to
pass the finish line. As far the challenges go around a teacher should be able to defend
everything.Life gets tougher as the time goes by for what I've learned being a student is that you
need to have to be brave to face everything as long as you can, believe to what you can do it and
everything will be alright.
