TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use (“ToU”) form a binding legal agreement between Wallet Group Ltd (“we”,
“us”, or “our”) a company registered according to the laws of Abu Dhabi Global Market of the
United Arab Emirates under registration No. 000010552, having its registered address at
2406ResCo-work09, 24th, Al Sila Tower, Adgm Square, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, United
Arab Emirates and you (“you”, “User,” ).
These ToU govern your use of Telegram integrated utility (https://t.me/wallet - “Wallet”) which
provides you with an interface to access blockchain related services.
Please be aware that all functionality and services available within Wallet are provided by third
parties (“Third party services”). You agree that your view, access or use of Third party services is
at your own election. Your use of Third party services will be subject to separate terms and
conditions set forth by relevant third party service providers. Those terms and conditions may
involve fees and charges or may include disclaimers or risk warnings about reliance on or the
accuracy of any information. Such terms may also apply a privacy policy. It is your
responsibility to understand the terms and conditions of Third Party services, including how
those service providers use any of your information under their privacy policies.
By accessing Wallet, you agree that you have read, understand, and accept all of the terms and
conditions contained in these ToU.
By accessing Wallet, you hereby represent and warrant that you:
(a)
are of legal age in the jurisdiction in which you reside to access Wallet, and you
have legal capacity to consent and agree to be bound by these Terms;
(b)
have all technical knowledge necessary or advisable to understand and evaluate
the risks of using Wallet;
(c)
comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in your relevant jurisdiction
and your use of Wallet is not prohibited by and does not otherwise violate or
facilitate the violation of any applicable laws or regulations, or contribute to or
facilitate any illegal activity;
All graphics, logos, service marks and trade names used on or in connection with Wallet are
trademarks that belong to us and may not be used without permission in connection with any
third-party products or utilities.
We are not collecting, processing or storing any of your personal data or any other user’s data
related to access to Wallet.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses
(including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of: (a) your use of, or inability to
use Wallet; (b) your violation of the ToU; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d)
your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we or any of our officers,
directors, representatives, agents, servants, counsel, employees, consultants, lawyers, and other
personnel authorized to act, acting, or purporting to act on our behalf be liable to you under
contract, tort, strict liability, negligence, or any other legal or equitable theory, for: (a) any lost
profits, data loss, cost of procurement of substitute goods or utilities, or direct, indirect,
incidental, special, punitive, compensatory, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever
resulting from: (i) your use of, or conduct in connection with, Wallet; (ii) any unauthorized use
of your wallet address and/or private key due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of
your wallet; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Wallet; or (iv) any bugs,
viruses, trojan horses, or the like that are found in the application or that may be transmitted to or
through our utilities by any third party (regardless of the source of origination), or (b) any direct
damages. These limitations apply regardless of legal theory, whether based on tort, strict liability,
breach of contract, breach of warranty, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were
advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not
apply to you.
We may from time to time, at our discretion, make changes and improvements to this ToU. By
accessing Wallet after these changes have been made, you express and acknowledge your
consent to the changes.
These ToU and any action related thereto will be governed and interpreted by and under the laws
of the United Arab Emirates. You waive any objection based on lack of personal jurisdiction,
place of residence, improper venue, or forum non conveniens in any such action.
