Marking Criteria
1. History and Workings (Approximately 2 pages)
• Provides a detailed history of the coffee espresso machine and clearly
identifies three or four different espresso machines over time. Including
pictures.

• Discusses the advantages and the disadvantages of using the selected
materials for this specific purpose.
