Activities: Interacting with the text through listening/reading/viewing Can be done in various formats, e.g., read-aloud, and guided reading. Materials: Chart, PowerPoint presentation Procedures: List down the compound words you saw in the story, then write what type of compound words they are. Ex. Compound Words Type wheelchair close 45 mins Note: If two words are combined as one word, without any hyphen or space, it is called a closed compound word.
