Defenses: - At the entrances of the prison, there are permanent detect magic and dispel magic spell effects. - Each guard is listed in a registry with a detailed portrait and unique ID badge, which is verified upon entry and exit. - Prisoners are brought in with sentencing paperwork and assigned a number that is permanently inked into the side of their neck. - In each cell block, there are two guard towers with crystals installed in them that disrupt magical abilities.
