You are required to develop a Quality Management System (QMS) documentations based on the
requirements stated in ISO 9001:2015 for the company that YOU HAD JUST ESTABLISHED (based on the
product that you have developed – refer to Quiz 1). In order to execute the project your group shall follow the
subsequent steps:
1. Develop a MASTER PLAN for the project (the master plan should include a master schedule/Gantt chart
(milestone chart) of your project.
2. Assign the TASK and RESPONSIBILITY for each member in your group.
3. Draw the entire BUSINESS PROCESS FLOW of your company.
4. Develop and document QUALITY POLICY and QUALITY OBJECTIVES of your company.
5. Develop and document a QUALITY MANNUAL of your company. (The quality manual shall INCLUDE all the
relevant clauses in ISO 9001:2015)
6. Develop and document FIVE (5) PROCEDURES for your company

Portal.
