Level as per Work Level i.e. Top Management, Sr. Management, Middle Management, FL Management and Individual Contributor. (refer the SAP data for clarification) . 3 My Manager Job Title of his current supervisor who is responsible for his performance appraisal and gives performance rating. . 4 My Job is To write this section, please use the list of suggestive verbs given below. This is not exhaustive list. Please add any appropriate verb as per Functional Head’s input. 5 I am at work level The input will come from “Organization Design Document”. Role specific qualifier will be added. 6 The functional head can provide the broad idea about how the role is expected to spend its time. This is subjective and generic allocation of time and not necessarily supported by any data. Put not more than 3-4 activities.
