HOW TO RELATE
WITH NUTRITION
HOW TO ENHANCE YOUR DIGESTION
The first point I want to make concerns
the actual way we eat. Before you delve
into the richest foods and herbs on
planet earth, you must understand how
to consume them for optimal digestion
and energy for peak performance. One
thing many people tend to overlook is
chewing. Digestion begins in the mouth,
so if we do not chew properly, our
system will be overworked with the
digestion of food.
This leads to more energy being spent
on digestion and less energy available
for you. Remember, every day when you
wake up, your body has a fixed amount
of energy, and it's crucial to do your best
to preserve it and not waste it.
Regardless of the kind of food, you have
to chew it between 10 to 20 times before
you swallow it, depending on your ability
to chew.
Another common practice is mixing
drinking and eating. Drinking while you
eat slows down digestion and makes it
harder for your body to digest your food.
Why?
Your stomach has a specific acid that
aids in the initial stage of digestion. Right
after ingestion, it helps break down the
nutrients and absorb the minerals. If
you're drinking while eating, you'll dilute
this acid in your stomach, increasing the
time and effort needed for digestion as
also the effectiveness of nutrients
absorption.
If you find this challenging, just drink one
cup of water before the meal and one
right after; you will not be thirsty. Over
time, you'll find it easier to separate the
periods of drinking and eating. This is
natural; humans have evolved doing this,
and our genes have not changed.
Remeber to divide your periods of
drinking and eating, you're going to feel
the difference in your digestive system.
Once you get used to it, avoid drinking at
least 30 minutes before the meal and at
least 1 hour post-meal, especially if you
have consumed acidic foods. By the way
it’s extremely important that you don't
forget to drink during the day; it can be
very harmful.
There are some nutrient and food
combination where we can drink some
liquid while eating and other that we
absolutely have to avoid to prevent
nutrients waste. If you desire to join the

money wasted on food that is not giving
you what it actually could.
The last tip about drinking is to consume
up to 2 liters of water a day, it is
important that you don’t drink 3 liters or
a gallon of water a day like the
mainstream narrative suggests.
It will damage our system and you will
dehydrate your body and deplete it of
minerals and essential amino acid. This
may change in the case you are doing
intense prolonged activities where you
swear a lot.
The method of drinking should be in
large amounts, divided into few times.
You do not want to take a sip every ten

quality of your water is one of the most

attention to the water quality you've
been consuming, it can truly change your
life. Now we will discover all the kinds of
water that’s safe to drink for each level of
buying power that a person may have:
The first and most efficient way is to
invest in a reverse osmosis filter and
install it under your sink.
Reverse osmosis is the only water filter
that removes 95% of the chemicals and
heavy metals, and it's the only one that
eliminates FLUORIDE from your water (if
you are not familiar with this chemical
compound, research it on the internet
and see what it does to your brain, it’s a
nightmare believe me.
The cost for this filter usually goes from
$250 up to $2000 and it's the best choice
for the long run as it lasts a lifetime. Me

Another option we have, and by far the
best one if we don’t mind the price, is
buying glass-bottled spring water. You
have to make sure you check the mineral
content though, if it has +0.3 of fluoride

spring water are Acqua panna and
Mountain Valley, they are both great in
terms of mineral content. Don’t waste
your money on San Pelligrino, they don’t
list it but it has 0.29mg/L of flouride ,
avoid it. Remember that you don’t want
to drink highly mineralized water, it will
surely have high levels of fluoride and
that’s not worth the play, you can get
your minerals from foods and other
liquids.
The standard is just looking at the
mineral content of the glass bottled
water you have available near you and
look for less than 0.2 Fluoride and if the
bottle doesn’t list fluoride in the mineral
content, google the brand and see the
mineral content.
The best most affordable alternative you
have is to buy a water filter pitcher that
can filter your tap water.
Unfortunately, most of the brands and
pitchers are a scam. They filter the water
of some chlorine but are not able to filter
heavy metals, let alone fluoride.
I spent months researching a real
effective pitcher that would actually filter
all the poisons and toxins present in our
water. And after that much time I can tell
you that this market is very misleading
and deceitful. 95% of the brand will not
deliver what they claim. As a matter of
fact, the most famous brand Brita just
got sued 2 months ago (July 2023) for
claiming filtration effectiveness that their
filter never provided.
The solution I found after that many
months is a brand called ZeroWater,
which offers a 5-stage filter. They crafted
a product that filters 95% of the
pollutants in the water, including
fluoride. That’s really remarkable for this
type of product.
The pitcher itself will cost you $40 and it
comes with 1 filter that will last you 1 to
3 months. Filter replacements are not
exactly cheap, but they are the best
alternative you have. It’s a 1vs1, either
you destroy the toxins in the water by
filtering them, or they will destroy you
and your health over time.
But someone may ask;
Why not simply trust tap water?
Well, that's a whole book in itself.
Just know that tap water contains 70+

THE QUALITY OF FOOD
Talking about the quality of water, we
must also address the quality of food.
The standard is that you must avoid all
processed foods and ultra-processed like
processed meat, seed oils, white bread,
cereals, junk food, crackers, protein bars,
biscuits etc…these are all known as
frankenfood.
All processed food is old, full of
pesticides, loaded with seed oils, and
treated with chemicals for preservation
to say the least. Most of these foods
have dyes and artificial sweeteners
known to be carcinogenic for humans.
Avoid any canned foods like tuna,
sardines, beans, chickpeas. they are full
of pesticides and heavy metals, stored in
rancid oils many months before you
consume it.
Remember, even if it’s a vegetable or a
fruit, but it comes in a can/box so that
you could comfortably eat it just by
opening the package, it’s a processed
food, and it’s destroying your health.
Avoid as much food as you can that is
wrapped in plastic or stored in aluminum
cans or containers (plastic wraps have
been shown to leach BPA and other
toxins called forever chemicals in your
food as also leaching microplastics that
will act endocrine disruptors for our
hormones.
Generally, what you want to eat is
ORGANIC WHOLE FOODs, that is as local
and as fresh as possible. Our food
shouldn’t have ingredients lists, every
food that has more than 3 to 5
ingredients is likely to be processed and
not good for you. In fact, I suggest not
buying
anything
with
the
label
"ingredients”. All the food that you
consume have to be fresh and
unprocessed.
Old and processed food are nutrientdepleted, extremely caloric and harmful
for your body as they are full of toxins.
Don’t worry, we’ll get into the specifics of
which kind of food is the best nutrientrich source on planet earth later in the
guild. Not Every food is created equal
and many food that we consider healthy,
even if they are organic, they actually
contain natural toxins called antinutrients that are compounds we shoud
avoid.
GET THE BEST OUT OF YOUR FOOD:
But where and how can I cook to get the
best out of my food?
The surfaces where we cook are also
very important and fundamental for our
health and wellbeing. You must avoid all
non-stick Teflon pans as they are full of
PFAS and forever chemicals that will
never leave your body if you don’t stop
assuming them. Avoid storing your food
in all kinds of plastic and wraps as much
as possible. Additionally, avoid any
plastic-based kitchen tools.
Regarding the best materials for pans,
we have stainless steel, cast iron, and
even copper if pure it's very good. For
food storage we want glass or BPA free
bamboo and for kitchen tools either
wood or stainless steel.
I suggest you to avoid any kind of
conventional dish detergent because
they are made with 100+ chemicals that
remain on your dishes and stuff,
contaminating you and your food.
Instead, you can opt to wash your dishes
with baking soda and some vinegar and
if you have the dishwasher, just put
some baking soda where you usually put
the capsules/detergent.
If you want a fresh smell, a sliced lemon
will do wonders in your dishwasher
machine.
Once we try these alternatives we
actually realize that we don’t need all the
78+ specific cleaning products that the
capitalistic consumer society told us to
have. Baking soda, white vinegar and
handmade natural soap are just fine for
cleaning everything you need to clean.
But regarding how you can actually cook
your food, I urge you to not use the
microwave for cooking, even to just heat
up your food. Microwaves are extremely
harmful because the food is heated
through microwave radiation and it kills
almost every nutrient contained in the
food. So, if you are eating to get energy,
be healthy and not to just fill your belly
and feel full, please stop using the
microwave.
But the harm is not just about the food
nutrient
content.
When
we
eat
something heated in a microwave, we
are eating something that has been
heated by radiation, and that radiation is
in the food that we are about to ingest.
Do you feel safe to eat radiated, nutrientdepleted food because you don't want to
wait 5 minutes more to heat it in the
oven or in a pan?
Remember, for every comfort and fast
result that the post-modern consumer
society offers to us, we are paying a price
for it, and usually that price is our health
and longevity.

anecdote
about
microwaves is that in WW2, the Nazis
invented a weapon that worked with the
same exact mechanism that microwaves
have. Then, the industrial food complex
thought to transform it into a
“new fast oven” and put it in our
kitchens. The microwave was a weapon
first used and invented to kill enemies in
WW2.
Do you feel safe to nurture yourself from
it?
The last tip I want to share with you
before delving into the next chapter is
that the food that you eat and consume
must be eaten within 2 hours of the
cooking time. Waiting more than that
causes the food to become “dead”.
Meaning that most of the nutrients and
properties of the foods will be
substantially depleted.

Despite the different opinions of several
leading individual in the health space
regarding which is “the best” diet, we can
all agree that an organic whole foods
diet is the foundation of a person’s
health. Many individuals advocates the
ketogenic diet, other will say that a
carnivore diet is all we need and few are
convinced that being vegan is good for
their health and for the planet.
Regardless of these different opinions,
biased or not, I want to introduce you in
the nutrition space as grounded as
possible in scientific evidence that we
know to be true.
First, we know that not every food has
the same nutrient bioavailability, and
also not every organic whole food comes
without harms and risks.
Nutrient bioavailability means that the
nutrients contained in a certain food are
bio-available and easily usable by our
body, especially the liver, to extract the
essential nutrients for all the necessary
functions, providing us with plenty of
energy to conquer our day.
On the contrary, anti-nutrient rich food
will prevent this from happening. Antinutrients like phytic acid or oxalates
literally chelate and steal minerals from
the food that you are eating and also
from your body reserves.
Why would anyone want to eat
something like that?
With this brief introduction, we can now
delve into the actual categories and best
sources of nutrients.
CATEGORIES:
BEEF: Contrary to what the mainstream
narrative says, meat from ruminant
animals (red meat) is the best and richest
source of bioavailable nutrients on
planet earth and it’s crucial for our
health and performance.
Almost all of the proteins that you get
from red meat will not be found in any
other plant-based food, both in quantity
and quality (bioavailability). This is one of
the few undebated truths agreed upon
by every leading expert on the health
space. They may disagree on other small
things, but they all agree that Grass-Fed
Red Meat is the healthiest and most
nutritious food on the planet.
The quality of the meat is important
though; it must be organic, as we don’t
want to eat cows fed GMO corn and soy.

meat is the most nutritious food we
could ever eat and the scientific evidence
for that are just not debatable.
Talking about quality, a foundation pillar

The last dataset I want to share with you
regarding meat is the following; choose
more ground beef instead of lean steak.
Ground beef has more animal fat in it,
more connective tissue and nerves,
therefore more collagen rich in glycine
and cysteine protein.
This helps our body to mitigate another
protein type called methionine, which is
better to have in lower quantity
compared to the other two protein types
mentioned before.
Steaks are good, please I want to make
myself clear, just don’t eat only lean
steak when you are eating meat, like
most people do. Include organs and
ground beef in your diet and you will
give your body a nutrient abundance
that just lean meat can’t give.
The only issue there is about organs is
about the actual quality of them. I don’t
recommend eating any organs if it’s from
a conventionally raised cow. Every
animal stores toxins in their fat, as we
humans do, and organs are pretty high
in fat content, especially liver and bone
marrow. It must be at least organic for
considering organ consumption. If you
don’t have access to it, stick to lean cuts.
FISH: Regarding fish, it is an animalbased food rich in bioavailable nutrients
and it would be extremely healthy for us.
However, our ocean is terribly polluted,
and fish, along with those who live in this
pollution, are paying the price. When you
eat fish, you are also likely to ingest high
amount
of
heavy
metals
and
microplastics.
Have you ever seen the plastic island in
the Atlantic? and the documentary
seaspiracy?
The condition of our oceans are a
nightmare. Additionally, antibiotics are
injected into farmed fish, and dyes are
added to farmed salmon to enhance
their appearance. Farmed salmon, that
for many educated minds is the most
toxic food on the planet, and I agree with
them, contains more toxins than some
ultra-processed junk sweet food on the
market.
This is because salmon is a really big
fatty fish and the conditions of the farms
in Norway are just terrible.
When you are eating some cheap sushi
all-you-can-eat, your avocado salmon
toast, or your canned tuna thinking you
are doing a good thing; you are actually
eating antibiotics, pesticides, dyes, GMO
feed, microplastics, and heavy metals.
Not so good from this perspective.
All of these substances are extremely
toxic for humans and should be avoided.
they are known to cause cancer and
many other diseases.
One more thing to know is that the
bigger the fish, the more concentration
of cadmium, arsenic, lead, chromium,
and microplastics it will have. So, we
want to avoid eating large-sized fish like
tuna, salmon, king mackerel and
swordfish.
if we want to consume some fish
because we like it, there are some things
we can do to safely eat fish.
You shoud always look for wild-caught
fresh fish, from the closest sea or ocean
near you, this extremely important. If
you have access just to farmed fish,
avoid it at all costs. Opt for small fish and
ensure they are not treated with
preservatives (read the labels).
The best sources of nutrients from fish
are:
Oysters
Sardines
Shellfish
Any kind of small local fish
Sadly, oceans and seas are too polluted
to sustain a pescatarian diet, which
would otherwise be quite healthy.
In our current situation, it’s not worth the
risk, as contaminants are too toxic and
too widespread. However, if you want to
eat fish with less exposure to these
substances, you can do so. Follow the
guidelines I just highlighted and limit
your consumption to a maximum of 1 or
2 meals a week, and you’ll be fine.
RAW DAIRY: With no surprise, dairy
products are another wonderful gift
from ruminant animals. they provide a
great source of nutrients and minerals.
They are high in proteins, healthy
saturated fat, and essential minerals and
amino acids that no other food can offer.
After red meat, raw dairy foods are one
of the greatest source of nutrients.
An important aspect of dairy is that it
must be RAW; pasteurization literally kills
all the enzymes and most of the
nutrients found in dairy products.
Furthermore, it creates toxic compounds
in the food due to the high heat, which
makes it way less digestible.
The best dairy products are:
Eggs (organic and preferably pastureraised)
Raw cheese
Raw
milk
or
low-temperature
pasteurized whole milk
Raw kefir
Know that it's very difficult to find raw
dairy at the grocery store in any country
of the world. All the dairy is likely to be
pasturized, and pasturization not only
kills and depletes the nutrient but it also
creates toxic byproduct that will disrupt
your gut microbiome.
The kefir you’ll see on the shelf is not raw
nor real kefir from kefir grains and I
would not recommend it. As i would not
recommend drinking pasturized milk and
neither conventional raw milk. The only
thing you can find at most grocery stores
is high quality raw cheese such as
Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano
and I would suggest to stick with that if
you don’t have access to other high
quality dairy products.
FRUITS: As everyone knows, all kinds of
fruits are very healthy for us, although
certain fruits supersede all the others.
Fruit is rich in vitamins and essentials, it
is also the most easily digestible source
of carbohydrates. There is almost no
limit to the consumption of fruit in most
situations, but there are some points to
consider.
All the fruit you buy must be organic or
at least mostly organic, as fruits, like all
plants, are always sprayed with
glyphosate and 20+ types of other
pesticides. So, it is crucial that we buy it
organic as much as possible, and we
wash it properly.
Water doesn’t remove any of these
substances from fruits. To remove most
pesticides, you have to soak the food in
filtered water and baking soda and
vinegar for a few minutes and then scrub
it gently.
I suggest you do so even with the organic
one because not every country has the
policy that says organic equals 0%
pesticide use. Many countries have the
label "organic," but still allow the use of
some chemicals for treating the product.
It is important to note that all kinds of
fruit are beneficial for us because they
have the least amount of defense
chemicals, the so-called anti-nutrients,
found in plant stems, leaf, roots, and
seeds. The fruit is the part of the plant
that the plant actually wants you to eat.
We’ll get into the specific plant defense
chemicals later in the veggie section.

The fruit you see with the alert sign are
present in the “dirty dozen list” which
expose the most sprayed fruits and
vegetables in conventional agricolture.
You shoud never eat any of these fruits if
not organic, the amount of pesticides
that is sprayed it’s terrifyng.
These fruits are all good choices to
integrate into your diet. I have to
underline though, that among this list
there are a few fruits that outstandingly
supersede the others in terms of
nutrients , digestive properties, and
many other benefits that will guarantee
you an enhanced performance.
I personally design every blueprint for

VEGETABLES: This is a tough one and I’m

taught us that all kinds of vegetables are
healthy and good for us. Medical

MD and many others have something to
say about that.
Think like a plant. You are stuck in the
ground, you can’t run or swim like an
animal, you are not on a tree. How can
you defend yourself from predators?
In the millions of years of evolution,
plants have developed their own
mechanism of defense. Every plant has
defense chemicals that prevent the
predator from eating them, causing gut
irritation, preventing the absorption of
minerals, and depleting the animalbased food eaten along with them from
their bioavailable nutrients.
Unthinkable, right?
Based on what we’ve been told, sure, this
is nuts. But when I stopped to listen to
what the status quo says and used my
brain very long ago, things started
clicking.
Maybe you are wondering now that if
that’s true, even fruits are part of the
plant, and that’s correct, but fruit is the
part that plants wants you to eat. All the
other parts of plants are the ones that
contributes to making the plant live and
reproduce. Every part of the plant that
does photosynthesis (roots, leaves,
stems, and seeds) is crucial for the plant
reproduction.
So, it is logical to think that if these parts
are the most important for the plant,
as the species wouldn’t progess without,
they are also the ones with the most
concentration of antinutrients and

Lots of studies shows that yes, veggies
have vitamins and minerals, but also
show that vegetables like broccoli, kale,
and spinach have a high concentration of
oxalates, phytic acid and many other
anti-nutrients that not only will steal your

constant intake they could cause kidney
stones, joint pain, osteoporosis and
many other diseases.
Again, why would anyone want to eat
something like that?
All Nuts are included in the list of high
toxicity as they are seeds; and the seed is
the most protected and defended part of
the plants as they are the ones that will
born the next generation of the plant.
Having said that, for a diet that has some
variety, we can include in our meals
some vegetables, or better, some other
fruits that nowadays are considered
vegetables:
Pumpkins and squash
Zucchini • Sweet potatoes
Avocado
Olives
Tomato and cherry tomatoes
Carrots
Melon/cantaloupe
Cucumbers
These are all safe vegetables we can
implement to have some variation in our
meals and generally in our diet.
If you are thinking at spices, yes they are
all seed and leaves and they will contain
anti-nutrients.
But if you love spicing your food as I do,
you can opt for the least harmuful ones
like rosemary, thyme, sage and basil to
spice up your dishes. I also suggest to
avoid all spicy seasoning such cayenne
pepper, curry, chili peppers paprika etc...
They provoke high inflammation in the
gut as humans can’t really digest them
properly.
FAT: This is the thing 90% of people are
terribly scared of: Fat and cholesterol.
This
because
we
have
been
indoctrinated to think that these things
are bad for us but may I ask you then:
Why then, there’s countless medical
research and scientific evidence showing
that what your brain wants the most is
unpasteurized saturated fat?
If cholesterol is so bad for you, then why
does your liver produce more of it when
your intake is low?
If cholesterol is so bad for you, then why
is breast milk the most cholesterol-rich
food in the world, the very food needed
for infants to develop?
If it’s so bad for you, then why are the
most nutrient-dense foods on the planet
all rich in cholesterol and saturated fat?
Why are our brains made up of 20% of
cholesterol and cholesterol is the shield
of every single one of our cell
membranes?
Having exposed these puzzling scientific
evidence that many people, especially
doctors, seem not to consider, we can
unfold the best source of fat we can get
and which fat we can choose for our
cooking.
Not surprisingly, the best sources of fat
are the animal-based ones. As we talked
earlier, many Institutions, mass media,
and mainstream health channels have
injected terror into people regarding
animal fat. But if we look at it from a
nutrient and scientific perspective, we’ll
see that there is no vegetable oil or seed
oil with so many nutrients and benefits
for our body other than fat from
animals.
Vegetable oil and especially seed oils are
literally poison and they have a high
percentage of linoleic acid (10% up to
40%), causing gut issues and heart
diseases that can lead to serious medical
conditions
with
a
long-term
consumption.
I’ve always wondered if it’s a coincidence
that the skyrocketing of obesity and
heart disease (number 1 killer in the
world) in the last 30 years have
something to do with the most radical
change in our diets since the dawn of
men. in the last 30 years we switched
from saturated fat to polyunsaturated
fvegetable oils. Isn’t that interesting?
But now let’s look at the best sources of
fat:
Butter
Tallow
Ghee
Extra virgin olive oil
EVO oil has 9/16% linoleic acid, it has
some benefits, but has to be organic and
of the highest quality you can get. 70% of
Evo oil is mixed with and cut with seed
oil and this is agreed even by the
mainstream media. it’s also better
consuming raw and not using it for
cooking as the heat will burn all the
nutrients and will make it rancid. If you
can't find a high-quality EVO oil, stick to
animal fat.
Extra virgin Coconut oil
Coconut oil have 2/5% linoleic acid and
it’s good source of fat from plants. As for
the EVO oil, it should be organic and
mechanically cold-pressed.
LIQUIDS: When it comes to drinks, it is
fundamental that we make the right
choices. As we discussed earlier about
water, I must mention the fact that
overdrinking water can dehydrate you
and also deplete our body of minerals
through our pee.
There are many alternatives to hydrate
ourselves better than water. And the
quality of the water doesn’t have nothing
to do with it, even if you drink gallons of
the best glass bottled spring water the
effect is the same.
Here are a few examples of the best
liquids we can drink:
Water (spring glass bottled/reverse
osmosis)
Coconut water (from fresh coconut
only)
Fresh Juices
Bone broth
Milk (raw, grass fed or organic)
Honey and maple syrup
These are the liquids we can to drink to
truly hydrate ourselves and to enhance
our overall health and longevity.
Sodas are poison, alcohol is poison, tea
(cold and hot) are not natural and there
are lots of chemicals inside of them such
as pesticides, microplastics from the tea
bag and fluoride in the leaf.
Every conventional fruit juice is poison
also the organic glass bottled options are
not
to
take
into
consideration.
Conventional kombucha, organic or not,
is poison as it is conventional milk.
All these liquids are sources of toxins;
firstly they have the container that is
leaching chemicals in them like
tetrapack and byproduct of plastic.
Even the paper ones have a plastic film
on the inside. Many of the organic glass
bottled options are also not optimal
because they all have been pasteurized
to increase the shelf life, which is
understandable

perspective, but that’s not what we

juices, are the best, is for the respect of

These foods cause insulin spikes akin to
an addiction, driving your body to crave
more and more. Coupled with the fact
that our bodies lack satiety receptors for
carbohydrates (unlike for protein and
fat), this huge rise of weight gain is not a
mystery.
If you frequently feel hungry, it's because
you're not giving your body the nutrients
it needs. Instead, you're consuming
lethargic, filling foods that leave you
hungry after just a couple of hours.
We've been told that grains are great for
us, but scientific evidence actually
demonstrates the exact opposite. This is
an undisputed and undeniable truth in
the realm of leading health Doctors and
Biologist.

If you do decide to include some grainbased carbohydrates, opt for the least
harmful options:
Organic white rice
Organic sourdough bread
What you shoud absolutely avoid is
brown rice or any of its variants, as they
contain high levels of arsenic and more
defense chemicals than their white
counterparts. All varieties of white rice
are gluten-free and are the most benign
for our digestion within the grains
category.
On occasion, you can treat yourself to
some truly excellent organic sourdough
bread made from ancient grains. I must
admit, I do this sometimes and
thoroughly enjoy it. It's a part of my
culture and tradition. However, I would
never allow it to constitute 60% of my
diet as the FDA and the new dietary
guidelines suggests.
In conclusion, after this thorough
exploration of the best foods on this
planet, I want to emphasize that if you're

and fed up with the questionable foods

THE PROCESS OF ELIMINATION
After this deep analysis of what the most
bioavailable nutritious foods on planet
earth are, I really want to make a point
about a crucial factor we can’t really
ignore.
We all are human beings, and we
basically have the same biochemical
structure in our bodies; but what really
differentiates us is the reaction of our
body to certain kinds of food. Under this
lens, we are all different, and what can
be beneficial for you can be detrimental
for me.
For this reason, I want to provide you
with a useful tool that can help you
understand how your body works and
reacts to certain substances. This tool is
called the process of elimination and
serves the purpose to improve digestion
and optimize your energy input in the
feasting period.
It consists of eliminating a certain kind
of food for 30 to 60 days and then seeing
how your body reacts when you eat that
specific food once again. Your body
cannot detect the poison if it’s fed that
poison daily, therefore sends you the
signals of rejection.
I personally tried this a few years ago
with bread and pasta. After 2 months of
not eating any of those foods, I had
symptoms similar to a celiac person due
to what gluten was doing to me in the
following hours. It caused me dizziness,
bloating, soft headaches and even
blurred vision.
All symptoms I didn’t have once, while I
was eating those foods regularly
throughout my whole life. I also tried it
with +85% dark chocolate and I
discovered that I felt great right after ,
even though I stopped eating that
because of the heavy metals content that
cocoa seeds contains.
he same things could stand for veggies
or nuts and seeds. It doesn’t matter what
it is, you must listen to how your body
reacts (bloating, flushing, diarrhea, belly
rumbles, dynamisms of the body, farts)
once you eat such foods after you have
eliminated them for a long period of
time.
If you are thriving, that means you
tolerate that food and you can eat it
without side effects. Try this diet for
30/60 days and then maybe try to
implement some roots, some nuts, and
maybe some vegetables (not leafy) and
see how you feel.
Obviously, there are things that don’t
count in this process because toleration
or not, they are literally poison for us,
like refined and processed sugars or
highly processed carbs from grains etc…
here I’m talking about whole foods and
minimally processed fresh organic food.
Junk and ultra-processed food are not to
take into consideration as your body will
always reject those foods once it has
been cleansed and detoxfied.
CHAPTER
THE FOOD
MATRIX
Red meat and raw dairy, as cholesterol
and saturated fat are demonized by the
mainstream narrative for making you fat,
causing heart disease, cancer and all the
bad things in the world.
But how is it possible that all these
diseases which the WHO and other
institutions claim are caused by red meat
and saturated fat, etc., are skyrocketing
while we are eating less and less of
them?
In the last 30 years the consumption of
these foods has dramatically decreased,
while heart and cardiovascular disease
and cancer are through the roof and
every year the numbers keeps going
higher?
Shouldn’t it be the opposite?
If it’s true that red meat and saturated
fat cause cancer and heart attack, why
do the numbers of cases keep going up,
almost doubling every decade, while the
consumption of the "cause" keeps going
down?
It's really strange if we think about this.
Almost as strange as the fact that these
diseases started skyrocketing since the
same
institutions
and
media
recommended us in the 70s to switch
from saturated fat to polyunsaturated fat
seed oils, labeling them as “heart
healthy”.
The notion that high cholesterol and
saturated
fat
equal
death
and
cardiovascular disease is all part of the
misinformation the status quo is
perpetuating since then. There is not
even one scientific study that shows
tangible links between saturated fat and
heart disease in the medical literature
and if we think of how many people are
convinced of this lie and are suffering
from it it just freak me out.
if we ground ourselves in scientific
evidence, a study from Stanford
University in 2021 found that red meat
and dairy products are the only two
kinds of food with no pesticide residues
and no microplastic or “forever chemical”
residue in them.
Additionally, as we have seen earlier, in
terms of both quantity and quality of
nutrients, there is no better source of
food than these two. However, they are
portrayed as harmful and even linked to
cancer without any conclusive healthy
user bias study to support it. It’s also
very interesting the fact that raw milk is
illegal in most western countries while
you can find alcohol at any store.
Why the number one gut healer in the
world is illegal but something that kills 5
millions humans every year can be
found at any store?
The agenda behind this seems rather
clear to me, but I encourage you to
conduct your own research on this
matter and discover how the truth has
been twisted to dissuade people from
consuming red meat and healthy fats.
It’s funny how in the latest food pyramid
charts approved and formulated by the
FDA, red meat, eggs, and cheese were
labeled as unhealthier and more harmful
than nut-cheerios cereals, a GMO ultraprocessed food!
Do you see the pattern?
There seems to be a war on our health.
If we continue to heed their advice, we're
all headed towards illness and obesity.
And this is exactly what the system
wants; an individual who is sick and
overweight is a more profitable
customer for big pharma and giga food
corporations than an healthy individual
who doesn’t require medication,
nor consume tons of addictive processed
food that only make people hungrier,
sicker, and fattier.
Junk food and processed food are
designed to make you an addict, to make
you crave more. They play on our
ancestral instinct and needs like vivid
color and sweet craving to sell more, and
kids are the most targeted ones in this
area. These foods are not created for
satiety but for the opposite.
Another interesting large-scale study
conducted by medical researchers
revealed that high cholesterol was not
only
a
biased
determinant
for
cardiovascular disease but was also
associated with greater longevity in
individuals with high blood levels of
cholesterol compared to those with low
levels. It's worth reiterating: there is NO
medical evidence that links LDL
cholesterol with cardiovascular disease.
Regarding the “red meat cancer causing”
propaganda machine, a team of medical
researchers in 2021 analyzed 117 studies
conducted by various institutions to
investigate the claim that red meat
causes colon cancer.
Almost 100 of these studies were
immediately discarded for insufficient
scientific evidence. Of the remaining 20
studies, the same medical researchers
found that 18 out of 20 were statistically
biased and incorrect.
The remaining 2 “serious” studies
showed that between the two analyzed
groups of individuals - one vegetarian
and one meat eater - the meat eater was
actually more likely to develop colon
cancer.
This seems to be the truth shown in that
study, and it was. However, what the
study did not declare was that the
sample groups were taken from a society
where
the
vegetarians
were
predominantly high-class individuals
with high salaries, healthy lifestyles with
lots physical activity. In contrast, the
meat eaters groups were taken from an
unhealthy user bias society; those
people had lower-quality lifestyles, lower
salaries, sedentary life and were engaged
in habits like smoking and drinking.
Can you see the deception?
When the same experiment was
conducted with two healthy user groups
- one meat eater and one vegetarian with identical salary statuses, lifestyles,
and levels of physical activity, no
significant difference was found between
the two groups.
These studies and reported facts are just
the tip of the iceberg of what the food
matrix entails. Remember, every disease
that afflicts a human can trace its origins
back to the grocery store because, as
Hippocrates said, every disease starts in
the gut. Choose wisely then.
As I mentioned earlier, our capitalistic
consumer society has indoctrinated us
with the belief that we need a multitude
of products for our home and personal
care. This, however, is a fallacy.
In reality, we only need 2 or 3 products
to clean everything in our homes, and
these products have been provided by
nature. Not to mention, the exorbitant
monthly
expenses
incurred
in
purchasing all these specialized cleaning
products only serve to fuel the capitalist
machine. This is the primary reason why
we have been convinced that we need all
these products in our homes.
Moreover, many people are unaware
that these chemical-laden products pose
significant harm to us.
When we come into contact with them
during the washing process, our skin
absorbs large quantities of these
chemical substances, we breathe those
fragrances and this leads to endocrine
and hormone disruption, skin irritation,
and various other related diseases.
It's worth noting that many of these
companies do not list their ingredients
on their products due to a lack of
legislation prohibiting it. If they did,
people would be rightfully alarmed.
Hence, it is crucial that you avoid contact
with these chemicals. If you find baking
soda washing impractical, at the very
least, seek out products that list their
ingredients and scrutinize them.
I won't delve deeper into the intricacies
of the food matrix to keep it concise.
However, the last point I want to
emphasize
is
about
conventional
modern medicine.
Every medicine available at the
pharmacy is petroleum-based drug and
is far from natural; in fact, they are all
synthesized in a laboratory.
Regrettably, modern medicine is as
corrupt as the food industry today.
Doctors will almost never delve into the
root causes of diseases and instead they
will prescribe you pills to cover the
symptoms, often exacerbating problems
in the long run. This is modern medicine
today, and nobody can deny that.
An insider of the pharmaceutical
industry complex once said: “for every
patient healed is a customer lost”.
Disgusting right?
It's essential to realize that for almost
every minor ailment and even some
more serious ones, there is a natural
remedy that can aid in recovery and
address the underlying cause.
Hence, it is imperative that you exercise
caution with conventional medicine and
avoid it whenever possible. A fever, a

SECRET HERBS AND POTION
In this chapter, we embark on a journey
into the heart of true, natural medicine
— the realm of herbs.
For centuries, our ancestors held
profound wisdom in harnessing the
healing powers of herbs, seeds, roots
and spices. They understood the
language of nature and knew how to
wield its offerings to mend, heal, and
prevent diseases.
However,
in
the
pursuit
of
modernization, Western civilizations
veered away from this age-old wisdom,
turning instead to petroleum-based
chemical drugs.
Centuries of accumulated knowledge
about the potent remedies bestowed by
the earth were buried beneath layers of
scientific “advancement”.
The cultural memory of herbal healing
was nearly erased in the 1900, leaving
behind a rift between contemporary
medicine and the ancient, holistic
practices of our forebears. It all started
with John D. Rockefeller who was an oil
magnate, a robber baron, America’s first
billionaire,
and
a
natural-born
monopolist. By the turn of the 20th
century, he controlled 90% of all oil
refineries in the U.S. through his oil
company, Standard Oil.
At the same time, around 1900, scientists
discovered “petrochemicals” and the
ability to create all kinds of chemicals
from oil. Scientists were also discovering
various vitamins and guessed that many
pharmaceutical drugs could be made
from oil.
This was a wonderful opportunity for
Rockefeller who saw the ability to
monopolize the oil, chemical and the
medical industries at the same time.
But there was one problem with
Rockefeller’s plan for the medical
industry: natural/herbal medicines were
very popular in America at that time.
Almost half the doctors and medical
colleges in the U.S. were practicing
holistic medicine, using knowledge from
Europe and Native Americans.
For this reason he went to his friend
Andrew Carnegie who devised a scheme.
From
the
prestigious
Carnegie
Foundation, they sent a man named
Abraham Flexner to travel around the
country and report on the status of
medical colleges and hospitals around
the country. This led to the Flexner
Report, which gave birth to the modern
medicine as we know it.
Based on this report, more than half of
all medical colleges were soon closed.
Homeopathy and natural medicines
were mocked and demonized; and many
doctors were even jailed.
To help with the transition and to change
the minds of other doctors and
scientists, Rockefeller gave more than
$100 million to colleges and hospitals,
and founded a philanthropic front group
called “General Education Board” (GEB).
In a very short time, medical colleges
were all streamlined and homogenized.
All the students were learning the same
thing, and medicine was all about using
patented drugs.
A pill for an ill became the mantra for
modern medicine.
So, now we are, 100 years later, churning
out doctors who know nothing about the
benefits of nutrition or herbs or any
holistic practices. We have an entire
society that is enslaved to corporations
for its well-being.
America spends 15% of its GDP on
healthcare, which should be really called
“sick care.” It is focused not on cure, but
only on symptoms, thus creating repeat
customers.
Yet, amid this transition, Eastern
civilizations stood as guardians of this
invaluable knowledge. They held fast to
the understanding that the earth, in its
boundless generosity, provides the
seeds, leaves, and roots needed to heal
the human body back to health. Their
unwavering
dedication
to
herbal
medicine has safeguarded an ancient l
legacy, ensuring that the healing artistry
of nature remains accessible to those
who seek it.
Talking about holistic medicine, now I
would like to give you the tools to

herbs. You need to calibrate and analyze
what works best for you as I can’t know

mind that with potions, we're not
actually consuming the plants,
but extracting the nutrients inside them
through hot water infusion. Therefore,
exposure to anti-nutrients is minimal. It’s
worth to reiterate, we’re using plants as
medicine and not as food to nurture
ourselves, big difference.

Ideally, all ingredients should be fresh
(avoid powdered ingredients), organic, or
better yet, homegrown. Don’t overdo
quantities in your potion and choose
always the highest quality ingredients
you can. I would always go for organic
loose leaf herbs; otherwise, I would not
drink any potion.
THE SUPPLEMENTS ARCHIPELAGO
First, I want to say that I’m very skeptical
about supplements; the supplement
industry is a huge multi-billion-dollar
market that sells “easy quick fixes” to the
people, deceiving them into believing
that it’s a pill that will solve their
problems. It’s not.
Second, I want to highlight the fact that
90% of the supplements in circulation
are full of toxins, especially the plantbased ones, and are actually worsening
your overall health.
Having said that, there are some
supplements that are not toxic and could
be of some use for specific situations.
But in 75% of the cases, I would not
recommend any supplement to any of
my clients. And if I think there might be
the need for a specific one,
I will personally source it out to ensure
it’s safe and not another source of
toxins.
Supplementation is a debated area as
there are many interests on the line;
many doctors and biologists recommend
supplementation, others don’t. We can’t
really say which ones are right or wrong
if we don’t have the actual product in our
hands. Furthermore, many of them are
biased as they have their own
supplement line so it is really
complicated to find any one-size fits all
truth about supplements.
Anway, from what I’ve seen from my
experience with hundreds of clients, in
most cases, supplementation is not
necessary. As you can see from my
bloodwork results later in the guide, my
metrics are perfectly fine, and I did not
take 1 pill since I began this journey.
Either way, I want to provide you with a
list,
based
on
general
nutrient
deficiencies, of the best supplements on
the market for mental and physical
performance.
To understand your specific mineral and
nutrient needs, other than getting blood
work done, there’s a great app called
chronometer. It allows you to track the
ingredients of your meals daily and
provides a specific analysis of minerals,
protein, macronutrients, and sugar
levels. It's incredibly useful to see if
you're eating a nutrient-rich diet or if you
have deficiencies.
You must be careful though and not rely
too much on the required daily intake of
some nutrients, like magnesium, that
implicitly suggests supplementation.
As you will never get to that number with
just food. Many standards are biased, so
be careful and use that tool as a
comprehensive view of your nutrient
intake, not as a caliber.

Before taking consistently any of these
supplements, observe how your body
reacts.
If your body rejects a particular
compound, don’t continue taking it just
because it has benefits for others. If it
makes you thrive, go for it and find the
best source possible.
I must reiterate that 95% of the brand
selling these supplements are full of
toxins, and I would not buy any of them
if I don’t know where to look or what to
search for. For this reason, I invite you to

The last thing I want is that people buy
toxic supplements under my advice, so if
you need assistance, just ask, and it will
be given to you.
SLEEP IS BUSINESS
In the pursuit of optimal health, few
elements wield as much power as the
pillar of sleep. It stands tall, often
surpassing exercise and even, at times,
rivaling the significance of our dietary
choices. Sleep is the cornerstone upon
which our physical and mental well-being
is built. It is during these precious hours
of slumber that our bodies rejuvenate,
repair, and fortify themselves for the
challenges of each new day. It's
imperative, then, that we harness every
tool at our disposal to optimize our
sleep, ensuring it becomes a powerful
force in our journey towards vibrant
health and vitality.
If you have trouble sleeping, it could be
for many reasons. These include an
unbalanced
diet
(insufficient
macronutrients), excessive exposure to
screens and blue light in the evening
hours,
an
high
caffeine
intake
throughout the day, heavy exercise or
physical exertion just before bedtime, or
excessive body inflammation due to your
diet and lifestyle.
For any of these scenarios, there are
some tips you can follow to improve
your circadian cycle:
Avoid screens at least 1.5 hours
before sleeping
Consider a magnesium
warm bath before bed
glycinate
Ensure your bedroom is as dark as
possible and that is cold
Use incandescent red light bulbs (not
LED) during the evening hours
Get morning sunlight in your eyes
once you wake up for 10 to 20
minutes, even on overcast days
Night potions to enhance sleep
Refrain from eating for several hours
before
sleeping
and
avoid
carbohydrates in the last meal
Engage in dynamic stretching before
bedtime
Avoid exposure to blue light in low
light settings at nightime

Whatever your circadian rhythm and
current sleep schedule are, know that
the hours before 12:00 am are crucial for
achieving deep sleep and optimizing rest.
Ideally, we should all aim to maintain a
sleep schedule from 10:00 pm to 5:00 or
6:00 am. Many observational studies
suggest that this is the most optimal
biological clock for energy levels and rest
efficiency.
CLOTHING MATERIAL
In addition to what we ingest or apply to
our skin, it's crucial to consider the
materials we wear.
Polyester clothing, especially underwear
and bras, can be a nightmare. They have
been associated with infertility, breast
cancer, hormone disruption, and high
skin inflammation. And it's not a
surprise; have you ever seen how
polyester is made?
Trust me, you wouldn't even want to see
a picture once you know it's what you're
wearing close to your skin or worse, your
genitals. Consider that these are
synthetic fabrics derived from petroleum
and various chemicals, and they are not
beneficial for you or your skin.
Sportswear, in particular, is often made
from synthetic, toxic fabrics. When you
engage in physical activity wearing these
materials, you sweat, which enhances
the absorption of these toxins into your
body.
This continuous cycle can lead to a range
of health issues over time. Opt for
clothing made of natural fabrics like
cotton, linen, wool, silk, leather, bamboo,
and cashmere. After a week of
transitioning away from polyester, you'll
likely notice a significant difference in
comfort. If possible, consider investing in
organic versions of these materials, as
conventional cotton fields are heavily
sprayed with pesticides in industrial
agriculture. The crucial biohack here is to
get at least 100% organic cotton bed
sheets to gift your body several hours of
complete rest, free from any toxins.
SECRETS FOR MUSCLE RECOVERY
For faster recovery after sports
performance and intense effort, here are
some hacks that can accelerate your
recovery twice as fast as your
competitors.
In the following pages we will discover
how we can leverage the biochemistry of
our muscles in specific circumstances to

potential
recovery

relaxation.
One of the most effective hacks is cold
exposure, whether it's from a cold
plunge, an ice bath, or even a cold
shower. It has shown incredible effects

Be cautious around 5G towers,
especially in densely populated

Opt for a traditional hand search
instead of the x-ray scanner at
airports. It’s in your rights to ask for
that.
