• Margin improvement & APC growth
• Applicable to Store Management & team members
(List to be shared by Area Coach)
• Increase Cheese, VMB & Dips (Chiplet) refer excel for
target
• Applicable to all stores opened as on 31st January
2024.

 Eligibility - Stores with SOK to achieve min 45% conversion through SOK for Dine In & Take away.
 Store wise working is done.
 Store specific target value shared in excel file.
 Incentive value will be divided equally among store management & team members (List to be shared by Area Coach) of
qualified store.
 Any Cashier and Store management involved in disciplinary case, absconding or on unplanned leave during this period
(1st Feb to 31st March) will be disqualified.
 Incentive applicable for Team members & Store management transferred from one store to another during this period
(1st Feb to 31st March) .

Q 1. How the eligibility and incentive will be calculated for all categories ?
a)
VMB / Cheese / Dips – Targets shared for cumulative 2 months; store to achieve the same to be eligible for
incentive . (You have sold - VMB 2500, Cheese 300 and Dips 1000 units during the incentive month)
b) VMB (Incentive calculation) – Once you are eligible, incentive per unit ₹ 2* total units sold – as per above
example – ₹ 2* 2500 (units sold for Feb + March)
c)
Cheese (Incentive calculation) – Once you are eligible, incentive per unit ₹ 1*total unit sold – as per above
example – ₹ 1*300 (units sold for Feb + March)
d) Dips(Incentive calculation) – Once you are eligible, incentive per unit ₹ 1 * total units sold – as per above
example – ₹ 1* 1000 (units sold for Feb + March)
Q2. What if my store has achieved either of parameters, will my store be get incentive?
Ans) Yes, on eligibility, even if your store has achieved one parameter, store will be getting the incentive – for
example store has achieved target of VMB only, calculation of incentive will be done only of VMB.
