ABOUT THE FOUNDERS LAUNCHPAD
Founders Launchpad is a unique 12-week incubator that helps founders transform their ideas
into reality. Founders receive $50,000 of investment, access to resources, along with expert
guidance to launch their startups. They also benefit from mentorship, expert talks, and a
valuable network to connect with the right people.
In collaboration with QBO Innovation Hub, DICT, Draper Startup House, and AHG Lab, Founders
Launchpad combines the strengths of a global entrepreneurial ecosystem with venture building
capacity to support founders all over the in the Philippines.
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our incubation program for early-stage
startups. This full-time role will provide you with hands-on startup experience where you will be
a key member of the program team, working closely with program managers, mentors, and
startups to support the program's success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the planning and execution of the incubation program, including day-to-day
operations, administrative tasks, and coordinating events, meetings, and workshops
Research and identify potential startups for the program
Support the development of program materials and resources
Assist in organizing and promoting program and networking events
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and best practices
Create and distribute program updates, newsletters, and other communications to the
startups
Assisting with the evaluation and selection of startups for the program
Work closely with multiple startups in the program, and support them to achieve their
goals

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for entrepreneurship and startups
Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
