COURSE DESCRIPTION
An in-depth understanding of educational administration and supervision of instructional
and non-instructional staff and management techniques through the exploration of theories
of motivation, legal ramifications, and models of educational administration and
supervision.

Students in this class are expected to complete the following requirements:
a. Regular attendance at all class meetings; and
