The business will fall under the "food and drink" category, which is under the
hospitality industry, which is also within the broader service industry.
C. Value Statement
Bittersweet and creamy coffee jelly paired with tasty flavors of popcorns to energize
your day.
II. Executive Summary
Pop ‘n Coffee is a snack and refreshment business that sells popcorn and coffee jelly.
The summer season has increased the market demand for refreshments but the supply of
refreshments is few. Pop ‘n Coffee seeks to bridge this gap in the market by offering coffee
jelly to quench their thirst and popcorn to satisfy their snack cravings.
The proprietors thought of the idea of selling coffee jelly not because of its low cost of
production, but also because of its benefits. The boost of caffeine given by the refreshment
helps customers feel awake and energized during classes. Popcorn is also a health and
affordable snack.
The proprietors invested 1,200 pesos to the business. After a trial run, the business
managed to sell 60 cups of coffee jelly and 12 bags of popcorn. This activity accumulated a
total of 1,750 pesos worth of sales. The business was able to increase the investment of the
proprietors by 45.83%.
III. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS
A. Objectives

B. Products
Coffee Jelly
F- Pop ‘n Coffee’s coffee jelly is a sweet creamy refreshment, and the customers
can choose to add whipped cream to make it creamier.
A - The product is served with no ice so the customers can enjoy 100% of its
flavor.
B – Coffee jelly provides a boost of caffeine and sugar that can help them stay
focused and energized throughout their classes.
Popcorn
F - Pop ‘n Coffee’s popcorn is a savory snack time delicacy where the customers
can enjoy three of its flavors; cheese, salted, and caramelized.
A – Popcorns are high in fiber and low in calories which is healthy.
B – Because of the zero use of plastic, it is completely environmentally friendly.
IV. PRODUCTION PLAN
A. Coffee Jelly
STEP 1
Boil a liter of water then add 4 sachet of coffee and 5 tablespoons of
sugar.
STEP 2
Mix together 4 liters of water, 820 ml of kremdensada, 300 grams of
powdered milk, 24 sticks of ground coffee, and 1/4 kilo of sugar.
STEP 3
Let the gulaman cool for up to 15 minutes. After the gulaman has
hardened, slice it into cubes.
STEP 4
Combine the coffee jelly cubes and the creamy coffee mixture.
B. Popcorn
STEP 1
Heat oil in a pot.
STEP 2
Put 1 cup of popcorn kernels in the pot then cover with a lid.
STEP 3
After the kernels has popped, put the popcorns in paper bags.
STEP 4
Put your selected flavor in the paper bag, then mix.
V. MARKETING PLAN
A. Market
Pop ‘n coffee offers coffee jelly served cold and popcorns in various flavors. Our
products are perfect for students not only because of their flavors, but because of its price.
Students are always on a tight budget and popcorn as a relatively low-cost snack. Since the
business is operating inside a school campus, students are the target market. School teachers,
personnels, and staffs are also part of the target market for the business.

C. Promotion
Posters. Posters of Pop ‘n Coffee will be placed inside the school campus and in
social media.
Poppy Bird. The customers can avail a discount by playing a game of flappy bird for
1 peso. If the customer managed to score 50 points, they will be given a discount of
50%, and if managed to score 100 points, they will receive 100% discount of item
purchased.
