Right after waking up

Drink water
10 Push-Ups/10 Squats
Go outside for 5 minutes (NO DEVICES)
Assume control of your mind while outside
(Talk back to your ‘poisoned’ mind, even if you
have to express it verbally. Enforce that you’re
the one in control and breathe).
Cup of coffee/tea and write down your thoughts
Use the momentum you’ve built from the productive
morning and tackle your bigger habits later.
Crush it at work, crush it at the gym, take care of
yourself when you get back home.
It all starts with the morning routine.
