A bit of History:
We all stand on the shoulders of giants.
The first and foremost, I must credit and thank my good friend Banachek for bringing PK Touches to us.
He was the first mentalist I studied regarding PK touch rounes (among his many other effects).
I connected to Banachek’s material and felt that in a way we had a very similar thinking when it comes to
psychic effects and techniques.
Banachek started to perform PK touches in the end of the 70’s. He was inspired by reading a book by
Milbourne Christopher. He then took it and started to play with the idea and perform it in his show.
Three decades ago at Doc Hillford’s Weird Weekend, Banachek included his version of pk touches in his
lecture, and then is where he introduced it first to the magic community. It was a flick skim over the
shoulder which later became a tap. I highly recommend any material by Banachek to study and apply.

My other very good friend, whom I grew up with in Israel: Lior Manor. Lior came up with a brilliant
method using a gimmick that was originally invented by Finn Jon and later perfected and marketed by
another friend - Yigal Messika. Lior’s idea was to use that gimmick in relaonship to a spoon inside
someone’s hand, to make them feel that he touched them when, in fact, he did not. I remember I added
his pk touch idea into my spoons roune which I started to perform in the early 90’s in my shows.
Later in 2007 Lior published his method and called it “Invisible Touch” which I highly recommend for you
to get! Lior is an amazing corporate performer, probably one of the busiest, and all his work has been an
inspiraon to many working professionals including myself.
How was MY TOUCH born:
One day in the mid 90’s I performed in the Magic Castle in Hollywood, and during the performance I did
my Metal Bending roune. I used Lior Manor’s “PK touch idea” as part of my roune. During the
performance my gimmick broke, and I was not able to perform it. I
was in a dead end. My spectator was already near me, condioned and I told her to close her eyes and I
was already deep into the roune. There was no way out! I didn’t know what to do
and felt I am crashing like a comedian who starts a joke but has no punchline to deliver to its audience!
Not sure how but an idea came to me during that moment, and I did it using this method that you are
about to learn (MY TOUCH)
I was amazed how successful it was that it also amazed me! I then started to dig into this method and
experimented how to do it even beer. I perfected it over the years, added subtlees that worked for me
and have been performing MY TOUCH ever since.
It is my #1 effect that I do as impromptu, walk around, or as a roune on stage or on TV. The feedbacks
were always amazing!
The freedom I have knowing that I can start a solid touches roune in the most clean way, even
surrounded by people and in any given me or place, yet without depending on any gimmicks gave me
comfort and joy in the method!
MY TOUCH is not only my personal favorite, but it has also been kept away from the magic community
for many years with only a handful of close friends that I shared the method with. I felt that it is too
simple and too powerful to release and hear that some will not understand its powerful potenal.
Aer many years and many friends who asked me to release it, it is now in your trusted hands!
My request from you: Please pracce to the point that you feel comfortable performing it. It is one of
those effects that is so simple to do yet you need to believe in it book by Milbourne Christopher and feel
it. You may feel that it is not sophiscated enough for the audience, but in fact, I performed it on dozens
of TV shows and thousands of live performances (no kidding), and it is bullet proof when done correctly!
It is one of those effects that's like riding bicycle. The beginning is tough, but once you are confident,
it becomes a second nature!
