II. RATIONALE OF THE PROJECT
Education is getting very expensive nowadays making it difficult for low income families to
meet the educational requirement of their children. Hence, this project will basically help ease
the burden of the parent beneficiary in terms of meeting the needs of their children will
benefit from this project.
III. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE
To extend assistance to 5 to 10 deserving CENEWOF members- dependents . The aid will be
released in a form of cash at P 500.00 per month or a total of P 5000.00/ per student semester.
IV. DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS
 Barangay Certification
 Report card from last school attended
 Enrollment Certificate from the school that the beneficiaries is currently
enrolled
V. QUALIFICATIONS
 Good moral character
 Enrolled in any school taking up Mass Communications, psychology, political
science, broadcast communication and other related field
 Has an average school rating of at least 85%
 Not a beneficiary from any generous individuals or institutions
VI. DISQUALIFICATIONS
 Failure to meet the required average rating
 Dishonesty or when the student is found providing false information to the
concerned staff
 Failure to submit the document required

VII. GUIDELINES
A proposal will be submitted to the Board of Trustees for deliberations. If approved, the CENEWOF staff will
start accepting applications from the different media company concerned. Interested applicants will be
required to fill-up application forms as provided by the CENEWOF secretariat and will be submitted to the
screening committee for approval.
