II. Main Issue or Problem to be studied:
Working is difficult and requires a significant amount of sacrifice. There will be difficulties, such
as being separated from your family, losing time with your family, neglecting yourself, and becoming
exhausted, but we must continue to sacrifice our happiness for the sake of your family. The BPO
industry is one of the highest paying and offers numerous opportunities, particularly in call centers.
Working in the BPO industry is extremely demanding; one of the most significant issues is their WorkLife Balance. Sitel, Sutherland, Intelligentcia, and Infuse are just a few of the call center companies in
Tarlac City. In this study, we will compare and poll all strands of MNHS SHS grade 12 students regarding
their perspectives on Work Life Balance in the BPO Industry.

IV. Expected Outcomes: Lester
This study is important because it shows the perceive ideas of the SHS Grade 12 students of MNHS
about the work life balance of BPO Industry. This research concerns about Grade 12 Students of
Maliwalo National High School about business process outsourcing, BPO is a practice in which one
organization hires another for a specific process, task or service. This study will determine the
awareness of Grade 12 Students about BPO, since BPO has a high demand of employees such as call
centers that's why we want to conduct this study to have more complex act of investigation to
determine the perception of Grade 12 Students to know if they are interested on choosing to work in
BPO industries since it does not require college degree. This study encourages researchers to pursue this
study since it is a good chance, one-of-a-kind, and can help us students understand our desires.

This study will provide several information about SHS students' plans after graduation, their
ideas about BPO, how many of them are interested in working in the BPO Industry, specifically as a Call
Center Agent, their different perspectives on why many students decided to work as a Call Center Agent
nowadays, and finally their thoughts (or opinions) about the work-life balance of Call Center Agents in
various terms.
This research is significant since it can serve as a guide for those interested in working in the call
center industry. This research could assist readers understand the significance and benefits of working
as a Call Center Agent, as well as the challenges that you will face as a Call Center Agent. It will help
them comprehend the situation of becoming a Call Center Agent so that they can prepare because it
needs major sacrifices. This will also provide readers with a thorough understanding of the life of a Call
Center Agent.
