CDC Health-Related Quality of Life Data Report 1
Instructions
1. Review the CDC’s HRQOL Surveillance Program’s website (available at
https://www.cdc.gov/hrqol/index.htm). State, local, and organizational reports are
available for review available at (https://www.cdc.gov/places/).
2. Choose and review a report of interest.
3. For your chosen community, state, or location, recommend a specific policy,
program, project, intervention, or action.
4. Search and review additional articles on the chosen policy.
5. Based on the review of the HRQOL and the scientific literature, write a report (45 pages, excluding references) with consideration made for:
a. Necessary partnerships
b. The role of evidence in your decision
c. The role of ethics in your decision
Reports must be 4-5 pages in length (not including references), double spaced, with 1”
margins and Times New Roman size 12 font, with references in AMA style.
