Industrial Engineer Specialist MSc. In the improvements of industrial processes for the reliability of
maintenance, industrial safety and environment of industrial plants. With experience in: electromechanical
production and maintenance, improvement of processes production in industrial plants, environmental

electrical equipment.
Responsible for the repairs of the hot runner equipment for the measurement of temperature parameters of operation of
the molds in the plastic injection machines for the manufacture of the production. the Department of Maintenance.
Evaluation of compliance with the ISO-9000 Standard is carried out, it is implemented, the work methodology is changed to
improve production processes and improve the times for carrying out activities daily.
PERCAR SACI, ARGENTINA: After completing one year in the company, I am also assigned the responsibility of production
department, where I carry out the improvements of methodologies of execution of the assigned tasks, for the production. I
redesigned the spreadsheets for the report with an indicator of plant efficiency for daily production and Daily report to
company management.
Responsible for Quality Control of the manufacture of the different products in the production lines in the plant, giving alerts
and making non-conformities of manufacturing defects, guaranteeing the optimal manufacture of the product with zero (0)
statistics for customer returns.
Responsible for carrying out, in the Production Department, new engineering design for the generation of engineering
drawings and construction of (Metallic Supports for the protection of the electrical resistances and electrical wiring of the
Injection gun) of the injection machines for the manufacture of products in Plant.
Responsible for the maintenance of the cooling system (cooling towers) and Supervision of contractor companies and third
party personnel for the execution of the Maintenance of the same in the operational areas of the Plant.
Responsible for the maintenance of the hydraulic system of seven (7) Injection Machines and supervision of contractor
companies and third-party personnel for the execution of the Maintenance of the same in the operational areas of the Plant.
Responsible for the Preventive and Corrective maintenance in general of the plant, seven (7) injection machines and
supervision of the machinist and contractor companies and third-party personnel in maintenance.
Responsible for contacting service companies and suppliers for the purchase of supplies and placing orders for the monthly
manufacture of each product quickly and efficiently with follow-up supervision for the delivery of the merchandise.
