LETTER OF COMPLAINT
I write this letter to inform you sir that whatever may have been done concerning the complaint I logged
about my physics 104 result didn’t reflect on the result portal. Nothing was recorded for my physics 104.
I sat for both physics 104 and physics 105 last semester. I saw my result for both test and exam for
phy105 but I didn’t see any for physics 104. I have already submitted a letter to this effect when I realized
that my physics 104 result was missing when it was pasted on the board in the department.
I urge you sir to help me look into this issues have it rectified sir. I appreciate your effort in doing this sir.
