JAYO Veterinary Clinic will offer a full range of
medical services to pet owners.
Our goal is to help customers’ pets live long,
happy and healthy lives. We believe that a key
element to a healthy pet is a great relationship
with your veterinarian.Our veterinary clinic is
dedicated to providing comprehensive
healthcare services to different kinds of pets.
We intend to provide a warm and welcoming
environment that caters to the unique needs of
pets and their owners.We take an individualized
approach to the long-term care of each of our
patients and are dedicated to providing our

appropriate decisions concerning the health
care of their animal companions.
The clinic will require a total start-up cost of
1.0million in Naira, which will be funded through
personal savings, friends and family, and a
bank loan.

Our veterinary clinic will provide highquality healthcare services for all kinds of pets,
including cats, dogs, birds, and exotic animals.
We are committed to providing a warm and
welcoming environment that caters to the
unique needs of pets and their owners. Our
facility will comprise a reception area,
examination rooms, kennels, surgery room, and
a pet daycare facility. Our services will be
designed to cater to the unique needs of pets,
and include pet wellness exams, vaccinations,
dental care, spaying/neutering, diagnostics,
emergency care, and pet daycare. We will also
offer pet products for purchase, such as pet
food, toys, and grooming products.

Our target market consists of elderly pet

group is growing, as more people are adopting
pets as companions. We will provide
exceptional customer service, affordable
pricing, and high-quality care.

Implementation
The key to the clinic’s success is its visibility in
the community. We intend to leverage various
marketing strategies to increase awareness
and attract new customers. Our marketing plan
will focus mainly on online platforms such as
social media, Google AdWords and search
engine optimisation, with promotions and
discounts offered through these channels. We
will place local ads in newspapers and petrelated magazines to reach our target market.
We will use local partnerships with breeders,
pet stores, groomers and kennels, and our
referral program to increase customer
acquisition. To maintain customer satisfaction,
we will provide personalized services in an
environment that ensures patient and client
comfort.

Organization
Our veterinary clinic will operate as a limited
liability company (LLC) with the owner
managing the business.We will hire additional
vets and veterinary assistants as we expand.
We will also
hire customer service representatives for
appointment scheduling and general customer
support. We will implement an organizational
chart that includes different departments such
as the medical team, customer service team,
and marketing team.

Our break-even point is estimated at six
months into the second year of operation and
we forecast achieving profitability thereafter.
We anticipate initial startup cost of 1.0million
naira which will include equipment purchases,
rent, salaries, marketing, and the lease deposit

through personal savings and friends and
