RDBMS Interface configuration
Additional information:
1. PI01-DR is the PI QAS server. The archives were refreshed on that server within the last
month.
2. CopyofLW63 is a backup of the production LIMS SQL Database that was backed up and
restored within the last week.
3. The LIMS server that the interface is attempted on is on the LIMS QAS server
(mzyc1vprclmsq01).
4. The Production environment that runs between the following servers and databases (PI01,
LW63 Database, mzyc1vprclmsp01). I attach a copy of the production message log as well.
5. There are no results coming into the LIMS QAS server, thus there is no data to be
transmitted between the LIMS QAS database and the PI01-DR server.
6. The only other difference between the environments is the fact that the LIMS QAS Server
has Windows Server 2016 as operating system and is running version 3.24.2.36 of the
RDBMSPI.exe and the LIMS Prod server is has Windows Server 2008 R2 as operating system
and is running version 3.21.4.30 of the RDBMSPI.exe.
