Drill 350mm hole to accommodate 250mm diameter conductor casing
Supply and install 300mm conductor casing
Drill 250mm diameter borehole in
sedimentary formation to accommodate installation of 140mm diameter casing pipe
Carrying out test and submit borehole report
Supply and install 140mm diameter HDPE casing pipe to API standard
Supply and install 140mm diameter HDPE screens (16 bar)
Supply and install casing aligning tool
Supply and install gravel pack materials around the screen area and 5m above the top screen

Complete backfilling, sealing and cement grouting of upper part of borehole down to 8m from ground level
Carryout borehole alignment test
Carryout verticality test
Develop borehole by back washing and jetting
Develop borehole by airlifting with a compressor
Develop borehole by over pumping until water is clear and sand free
Supply and install of stainless steel
submersible pump capable of delivering 10m3/hr at 60m Head complete with control panel and drop cable
Supply and install 50mm diameter threaded riser pipes
Construct and paint well head complete with fittings and 0.5m × 0.5m × 0.5m concrete pad
Carryout a constant rate pumping to determine the yield of the borehole after development
Collect and analyse water sample
( chemical and bacteriological)
Disinfect pump, risers and borehole with chlorine
