A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MR./MS. ADELAISA J, ABDILLA AS THE
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY LAUM MAIMBUNG, Maimbung, SULU
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan
Reform Act of 2015, RA 10742, the Sanguninag Kabataan Treasurer shall be appointed by the
Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the concurrence of the majority of all
the SK members from among the members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK).
WHEREAS, Mr./Ms. ADELAISA J. ABDILLA possesses all the qualification for a Sangguniang
Kabataan Treasurer as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of
Mr./Ms. ADELAISA J. ABDILLA of Barangay Laum Maimbung_, Maimbung , Sulu until the end
of the term of the appointing authority unless sooner removed.
RESOLVED FURTEHR, that a copy of this resolution be given to Mr./Ms. ADELAISA J. ABDILLA
for his/her file, copy furnish the Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) and
the Local Youth Development Office of Maimbung, Sulu, for their information and record.

“BARANGAY RESOLUTION TO OPEN A CURRENT ACCOUNT WITH THE LANDBANK OF THE
PHILIPPINES – JOLO BRANCH, JOLO, SULU TO BE REPRESENTED BY Mr/Miss NOR-SHINY I.
ARAH AND Mr/Miss ADELAISA J. ABDILLA.’’
WHERAS, Consistent with 20 (b) of RA No. 10742, the SK shall open a current account in the
name of the SK in a government-owned bank situated or nearest to its area of jurisdiction, with
the SK chairperson and the SK treasurer as the official signatories.
WHEREAS, For efficiency and economy purposes, it is strongly encouraged for the SK to open
and maintain a depository account in the same bank and branch of its barangay.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved that the august body unanimously
authorized Hon. NOR-SHINY I. ARAH, SK Chairperson and ADELAISA J. ABDILLA , SK Treasurer
to open an account and Transact Official Business with the Land Bank of the Philippines – Jolo
Branch , Jolo, Sulu.

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH
INVESTMENT PROGRAM (ABYIP) FOR CY 2019 TO BE FUNDED OUT OF THE 10% SK
FUND AMOUNTING TO Php ___________________.
WHERAS, pursuant to Section 20 (b) of RA No. 10742 IRR, Ten Percent (10%) of the general fund
of the barangay shall be appropriated and administered by the Sangguniang Kabataan. The
amount shall be spent in the approved ABYIP.
NOW THEREFORE, after a thorough discussion of the matter, on motion of Hon.
________________________________ and unanimously seconded by the members of the
Sangguniang Kabataan Members, be it;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to adopt and approve the proposed 2019 Annual
Barangay Youth Investment Program to be funded out of the 10% SK Fund of FY 2019 IRA;
RESOLVED, FINALLY, that the copy of this resolution be submitted to the Office of the Punong
