SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WE, AA Arceo, BB Arceo, CC Arceo, DD Arceo, EE Arceo, FF Arceo, GG Arceo,
HH Arceo, and II Arceo, all of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of Highway have
NAMED, CONSTITUTED, and APPOINTED, and by these presents, do NAME,
CONSTITUTE, and APPOINT our sister, JJ ARCEO, of legal age, Filipino, married, and
a resident of Road City, to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for us and in our
name, place and stead, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things,
namely:
1. To represent us in the settlement of the estate of our now-deceased mother,
KK Arceo, and our deceased father and predecessor-in-interest, LL Arceo,
who died on January 1, 2018 and October 1, 2023, respectively, in Brgy.
Highway;
2. To sign, execute and deliver Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate, or
Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with Sale, Deed of Sale, Memorandum of
Agreement, whichever is necessary;
3. To represent, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all document/s
and paper/s as well as claim or receive for and in our behalf said documents
from the concerned agencies and offices, as well as to do any and all acts in
order to accomplish the aforestated acts and deeds;
4. To pay any and all accrued or unpaid property taxes including such capital
gains tax and documentary stamp taxes necessary to effect the transfer of
registration of the sale with the Register of Deeds for the Province of Tarlac
and the transfer of title of the said property to the buyer or purchaser,

5. To perform such acts and duties as necessary or incidental to the foregoing
powers and authority to the end that Attorney in Fact may effectively carry
out the duties relative to the sale of the Property.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said Attorney in Fact the power
and authority to do and perform every act and thing, whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and above the premises and ratifying and confirming all
that is said that the Attorney in Fact, may do or cause to be done by virtue of
these presents.
