The impact of teacher’s qualification towards children performance This study is to identify the factors that give impact of teacher’s qualification towards children performance. Most of the kindergarten have their own mission and vision to focus and to be achieved based on the curriculum and syllabus that been used and practice. The survey and observation has been conducted among 274 teachers (Ridwan,2018). Most of the teacher got hired with minimal education qualification which the potential teacher is not familiar with the teaching skill and classroom management. The finding seems the teacher need to have a proper training and a qualification to be a teacher. Based on the research that had been conducted, to have good a practice for the preschool teacher which can be seen on the students performance teacher need to have guidance, strategies and professional development program to begin the career as a teacher and motivate the teacher intrinsically and affectively.
