INFORMED CONSENT
Dear Respondent,
We are AEC 23 – Accounting Research Methods students at the
College of Accountancy and Business Administration – Northeastern
College. We will conduct research entitled Factors Affecting the
Operational Performance of Small and Medium Enterprises as a
course requirement. The purpose of this research is to examine the
factors affecting the operational performance of SMEs in Santiago
City. With this, we would like to solicit your participation in this
endeavor.
Your participation in this study is voluntary and completely
anonymous. No information you share can be traced, nor can you be
traced by any information you provide. Data will be kept and stored
with the utmost confidentiality. Only researchers will have access to
the data.
