• Slow because of reversed Pareto principle: spends
80% of his time to get 20% (extra) result
• Slow decision maker: it takes time
Goals
• Has to learn manage his/her expectations.
• Has to learn to stop when something is good. It
doesn’t have to be perfect
• Needs to distinguish between headlines and sideissues. Is also important in meetings
• Has to learn to be more flexible sometimes
Helper
Pitfalls
• Has a difficult time prioritizing
• Can’t say ‘NO’
• Waits too long to ask for help
• Is a procrastinator
Goals
• Needs to set the boundaries and monitor his/her
own tasks.
• Has to structure and plan the tasks
• Has to learn that asking for help doesn’t mean
he/she failed

Pitfalls
• Multitasking, lack of focus
• Has too many projects on hand; starts them but never
completes them
• Does what is of interest instead of importance/urgent
• Is a procrastinator
Goals
• Has to learn to plan
• Has to set realistic time schedules and respect deadlines
• Has to start with the most difficult or annoying task
• Must learn to manage his/her expectations

Pitfalls
• Goes way too fast, leaves the rest behind
• Stays too close hence people don’t take
responsibility whereas they should
• The end justifies the means for him/her
Goals
• Give space to people. There is not just one solution
or just one way
• Has to learn to be patient and to listen
• Has to slow down sometimes in order to get all
important aspects
