Job purpose
To independently handle multiple projects and deliver genuine value to the client subsequently
forging an ethical, consistent and trustworthy business relationships for the organization leading
to development of a healthy portfolio of clients for the individual and the organization.

Collaborate with senior consultants and teams on consulting projects.
Assist in research, data analysis, and the development of client deliverables.
Contribute to problem-solving and the development of strategic recommendations.
Continuously expand your knowledge of management consulting principles and best
practices.
Receive mentorship and training from experienced consultants to enhance your consulting
skills.
Conduct research into industry sectors, markets, and competitive landscapes.
Analyze data and trends to support project objectives.
Work closely with project teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions and approaches
Qualifications
Educational:
●
Graduation in any degree or discipline which is inclined toward the development of
numerical & analytical skills
Preferred: B.E / B. Tech from Accredited University
●
Post- Graduation degree in business or finance related spheres of
education Preferred: MBA/ PGDM from Tier I or II B – Schools
Specialized Knowledge:
●
Familiarity with management concepts such as: ToC, TQM, KPI – KRA linkage, Balanced
Scorecard,ERP, Process Improvement & more.
●
Familiarity with best practices across various industries
●
Commercial Awareness conforming to Business Owner Standards
