To promote recruitment and retention surrounding this position we want to offer a shift premium to all delivery drivers under Article 22: Premiums. This premium will be similar to the night shift premium of an extra (70) cents per hour worked. Under Article 7: Grievance Procedures, we would also like to alter the response time to (3) days regarding any grievances raised by employees. This change addresses complaints more efficiently, so that minor problems do not escalate into one which can not be rectified easily.
