Self-Analysis & passage towards success of life Course title: MKT101 I am , a student at East West University studying business administration. gaming and farming are my hobbies, as well as I research new business ideas and marketing tricks. Besides education, I did a small clothing business. I almost ran a clothing brand for one year. SWOT analysis: Strength: • • • • Responsible Critical thinking passionate Technology Weakness: • • • land logistics teamwork Opportunity: • • Business opportunity: Fattening cow, Milk, Meat. Personal Life Opportunity: Self employment Threats: • • • skill Work environment Unsatisfactory feedback. Vision Cow farming is one of my biggest dreams. In five years, I will manage farming land and open a cow firm, but this requires an investment of at least 5 million BDT. As I live in Dhaka, I do not own any farming land, so I plan to collect at least 5 million BDT to start the business. The cow fattening industry is one of the biggest markets for Bangladesh since we sacrifice cows every year for Eid-Ul-Azha. It is estimated that every year in Bangladesh 640000 tons of meat is consumed, so my vision is to start a company that will be a cash cow for this industry. Mission The first thing I will be doing is working for a renowned Bangladeshi farm with a good track record. There I can learn everything about cows and farming, and then I have to start with two cows. I need to figure out where I went wrong before making large investments. I must select suitable land for farming. I must ensure that my land area has an adequate supply of water and grass. Every employee at a cow farm must be highly competent, and everyone must know how to treat a cow. Therefore, I need some expert employees for my farm, and then I need some nice bread animals so they can provide me with more benefits. Goal My major goal is to generate jobs for young people under the age of 30, because many of us who are presently studying believe that farming is not a career for educated people. I believe that everyone should learn how to create their own food before taking on another profession. Because every work is vital, I believe that everyone should be able to farm. If I am successful with my cow farm, I plan to cultivate rice and other farming crops in this sector. We require educated individuals. My rational purpose is to make money. I also want to establish in Gen Z a sense of urgency about farming.
