Cash Flow Trilogy $5,000 Trading Plan – Cover
Introduction:
This trading plan is designed to geometrically grow a $5,000 account trading the low-risk Cash Flow
Trilogy Signals. The goals of this plan will substantially be reached if the average weekly net gain
from the signals totals at least $30 per week, per lot. The wealth is built through the compounding.
The rate of compounded growth depends on how aggressive the trader chooses to be with the starting
lot size. If the trader has limited experience trading option spreads, under no circumstances should
the starting lot size be greater than 1. As the trader gains experience, success and comfort with the
approach, the lot size can be increased according to the compounding table below. Only the most
experienced option spread traders should start out with a 5-lot.
The Cash Flow Trilogy signals provide 3 end of day trade signals daily. These signals consist of 1
neutral, 1 bearish, and 1 bullish trade. Beginners should start off with choosing a single neutral
trade each week. It is NOT necessary to take more than one trade per week to have the ability to
reach the minimum $30/week net gain.
As you watch the signals and gain experience, you can then ADD a bullish or bearish trade to your
neutral trade during the week as the market makes a favorable move. This is NOT necessary, but it
can enhance your ability to increase the average net weekly gain. Please see the instructional videos
for exactly how this should be implemented.

Total Risk on 3 Open Trades Not to Exceed $100 per lot.
Note – AT $100 maximum risk per week, it would take 12 largest losing trades in a row to
approach the maximum account risk of $1,250. If instructions are followed, the probability
of this happening is next to 0. It is more likely that this max risk will be approached over a
long period of time, giving you plenty of warning that your trades should be revisited (see
section “Plan Evaluations”). If you start with a 5-lot, you should be willing to risk 50% of
your account, and decrease lot size if you are not experiencing success early on. The best
way to avoid this situation is to take lower risk trades (there are many available in the
signals) and trades with significantly high probabilities of success associated with them.
Cash Flow Trilogy $5,000 Trading Plan – 2
The average win will probably be smaller, but the risk of reaching the max risk level in the
account diminishes further.

The compounding plan for 1-lot increments gradually grows the increments year by year, so
that you are increasing by 5-lots in year 5. This will allow you to start slow and gradually
increase the compounding rate as you experience success.

Compounding Instructions
Please watch the instructional video entitled “Cash Flow Trilogy Compounding”. As your
CLOSED equity increases or decreases, you will increase or decrease your lot size based on
the corresponding equity value.
For example, based on the single lot size table, once you have a closed profits of $50, you
can increase your trade size to 2 on the next trade. Once your total closed net profits
exceeds $150, you can increase your trade size on the next new trade to 3. Etc.
If your closed net profits eventually reach $2,250 and you are trading a 10-lot, you will drop
to 9 lots on the next new trade if your total net profits drop below $1,800 (closed trade
account balance drops below $6,800).

Cash Flow Trilogy Trades
Each day after the market closes, you will receive 3 trade signals. 1 neutral, 1 bearish, and
1 bullish. Below is one of the neutral trade signals provided:
Neutral - Bullish Leaning: $16 Risk to the Downside, $16 Risk to the Upside. Do not hold past Friday
morning.
(Details of trade are reserved for Cash Flow Trilogy subscribers)
This was filled on a Tuesday and showed a $30 net profit the following day with instructions
to exit prior to Friday afternoon (the trade expires Friday afternoon). (See instructional
video entitled “Cash Flow Trilogy Exits”.)
This trade is one of 7 neutral trades provided for that week in the various trade updates.
This trade only had a $16 max risk, and is ideal for the beginner who wants to take extra
low-risk trades to get their feet wet.
Bearish Trade Example: Place at 1.00 Debit or Better. $100 Risk to Upside, Minimum +$100 to
Downside. Large Profit Zone between 385 – 400.
Cash Flow Trilogy $5,000 Trading Plan – 5
If the market had moved up into the profit zone of a bullish trade the day before, a new
“bearish” trade might be placed to mitigate and/or eliminate the risk of the original bullish
trade. Please see the instructional video entitled “Cash Flow Trilogy Trades” for more
information on this effective strategy.
While the maximum risk on this trade was $100, which was equal to the maximum gain if
the market crashed, the average win/loss ratio with this type of trade is very favorable as
the potential profit in the profit zone substantially exceeds $100.
Profit Zone Trades: The trade example above has the risk closer to where the market is,
decreasing the overall probability of success. Another type of trade has the risk on the
opposite side of the profit zone.
In the trade below, there is no risk to the downside, and the market has to move through
the profit zone before it ever reaches the risk level, often (but not always) giving you ample
time to exit the trade before it reaches the risk level. This increases the probability of
success on the trades, AND it dramatically diminishes the probability of ever hitting the
maximum risk, which increases compounding efficiency.
Minimum gain to the downside:
Maximum risk to the upside:
Probability of Profit:
$9
$91
85% (higher if exited early)
Example of a Combined Trade:
The maximum risk to the downside is $89, with a $200 minimum gain to the upside and
large profit zone in the middle. This combined one bullish trade with one bearish leaning
neutral trade. It is important to note, you do NOT NEED to combine trades for this plan to
Cash Flow Trilogy $5,000 Trading Plan – 6
succeed. Combining trades can speed up the compounding process and efficiency, but are
not needed.
Trade Instructions:
All trades are entered and exited based on LIMIT orders. There is no intra-day market
watching necessary. There is no “trade management” necessary as each trade provides
positive mathematical probabilities. Rarely are trades held until expiration (as discussed in
the “Cash Flow Trilogy Exits” video.
All trades are “day order” only trades. Either they are filled or they are not. While trades
are entered at limits, the exact limit order can be slightly changed if the limit order is not
filled. For example, in the neutral trade above at a debit of $16, if the trade is trading at
0.17 or 0.18, trader can decide whether it is better to get filled than to wait for the exact
price. This is discussed in the Trilogy trades video.
Initial Rate of Decrease
You are strongly encouraged to start with a 1 or 2 lot unless you have extensive option
spread trading experience. Only those with experience should start with 5-lots. As you
grow in your confidence and you are experiencing success in your account, you can quickly
increase to 5-lots and then follow the 5-lot compounding plan if you are aggressive.
If you start with more than 1-lot, be prepared to DROP your trade size if you are not
experiencing consistent success, or the trades are not performing based on expectations.
If you start with a 5-lot, you need to decrease based on the following:
-
Account drops to $4,000, drop to a 3-lot.
Account drops to $3,000, drop to a 1-lot.
Whether you start with a 1-lot, or 5-lot, at the beginning, you are encouraged to start with
some of the lower risk, neutral based signals.
Plan Evaluations:
-
Every 30-Days first 3-Month, then Quarterly Thereafter
Any Drawdown of $500 per lot size requires a re-evaluation of trade decisions.
Plan evaluations are simply to make sure you are sticking to the plan. Schedule them out,
set an alarm, and use the opportunity to re-calibrate if you have strayed off the plan. If you
stick with the plan and consistent trades for 3-months in a row, the trade evaluations can
be scheduled once every quarter.
If you EVER suffer a $500 drawdown based on a single lot size, you should re-evaluate the
trade decisions, and rewatch the instructional videos.

Here is what a few in the Live Trade Webinars recently wrote:
I would like to take a minute and thank Ryan for all he does for HIS
traders!!!!! His cash flow webinars and ESPECIALLY his
compounding program has allowed me to CLEAR $6,000 a month
doing his trades that I take weekly!!!! His 2-day workshop was very
helpful in allowing me to “GO IT” on my own and keep a STEADY
income STREAM going and my daughter-in-law is now trading
alongside of me!!!! EVERYONE on his team is 100% helpful.
.... I have tried a LOT of other services in my 30 years of trading
and RYANS system is the BEST!!!! Bill Allen
I have been with Ryan for the past 2 1/2 years. I started with a $5,000 account. I am a very cautious trader and have only operated
with small trade sizes. So far, I have gained $25,688 using Ryan's system. His weekly live trading calls are a godsend, as well as the
system he provides for generating a graphic portrayal of a possible trade. With this system, you are not just blindly taking some
"expert's" advice for a trade. You can see on the screen just what the likely outcome of a trade will be. Customer service is johnny-onthe -spot whenever I need help. I have tried many different advisory systems over the years, none of which could compare to Ryan's.
