TITLE: “Strategic HRM in Action: Exploring the Advantages of Effective
Human Resource Management in the Modern Workplace"
I. Introduction
Human Resource Management has become a organizationally success for
it has made a lot of contribution in industry. As the traditional way of seeing HRM
as a hiring employee organization it has a lot of advantages.
Human Resource plays a very important role by their decision making and
employee development. This significance of HR's role in our society has greatly
lessen the global challenges and has greatly improved the technological
advancements, and changing employee expectations.
This research seeks into the advantages that a well-structured HR
department can bring to an organization. We will examine the ways in which HR

practices can impact employee engagement, innovation, and overall productivity.
Additionally, we will explore the influence of HR on promoting diversity, equity,
and inclusion within the workplace, ultimately fostering a culture of belonging and
mutual respect.
Through this research, we aim to provide a comprehensive overview of
the strategic advantages that effective HR management can offer to organizations,
both large and small. By recognizing the evolving role of HR in shaping the
workforce and achieving business objectives, we can better appreciate its potential
in driving organizational growth and sustainability.

II. THE NEED
As the need for money, a lot of people are now looking for a job that is
where the HR are good at. Unfortunately, small businesses don’t have HR in our
modern workplace for some does not need for it. Though in this evolving industry
we need to add more work force and in search for more talents.
According to the Breathe HR(www.breathehr.com) HR plays a key role in
developing, reinforcing and changing the culture of an organization. Pay,
performance management, training and development, recruitment and onboarding
and reinforcing the values of the business are all essential elements of business
culture covered by HR.
This research, focusing on the strategic advantages of effective human
resource management in workplaces. This will tackle the critical needs of
organizations striving for excellence in an environment marked by constant
evolution. By comprehending and utilizing these benefits, organizations can
position themselves for sustainable success, encourage innovation, and improve
their work force in the face of ongoing changes.
III. BACKGROUND
HRM has evolved as a professional and academic discipline in parallel
with both planned shifts in global considerations and unplanned phenomena such
as, e.g. epidemicS (Boxall et al., 2009).
Human resource management (HRM) in the Philippines, as in most other
countries in many parts of the world, is faced with many challenges brought about
by changes in the world scene. Globalization, the growth of multicultural
corporations, improved technologies, etc. are phenomena which affect the way
human resources in organizations are managed. Since the Philippines has

increasingly become an active participant in the global marketplace it cannot
escape the effects that globalization brings (Emerlinda R. Roman).
Locally here in Calbayog City, human resource are a big thing for it gives
a lot of people jobs and contributes for the advancements of society.
Therefore, human resource is great for the advancements of our society,
we need to know the advantages it has.
IV. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Goal: To highlight the benefits of Human Resources Management and how it
affects our society.
Objectives: Investigate and identify the specific advantages and benefits
that organizations can gain through effective HR management by focusing on the
following objectives:
1. To determine the advantages of HRM in modern workplace
2. To increase employment
3. To Address Modern Workplace Challenges
4. To offer knowledge that enable organizations and HR professionals to effectively
use the strategic advantages of HRM
