This will also require teachers to prevent problem behaviour and to respond to it appropriately if it occurs. Interests Teachers need to select an appropriate level of challenge, the authority as well as the effect and agency of learners. For example, At beginner levels, teachers may have to exaggerate voice tone and use gesture while such extreme behaviour is not so important at higher levels. Teachers also need to ascertain what students know before deciding what to focus on, such as trying to elicit the language for students at lower levels. Teachers need to explain what we are doing and why; we need to use material, offer topics and emply teaching techniques that will not offend anyone the group. This will affect the material, topics and teaching techniques that teachers need to offer in order to suit the different individual expectations and tastes. This will affect on the behaviour and enthusiam of teachers. For example, students who try to get engaged in the lessons as well as the activities make teachers in high spirits to teach. This will have an effect on what students want and need to learn – and as a result will influence what teacher need to focus on to teach.
