1. S3 azimuth 340 degree is serving SPGroup Sembahwang – no need change azimuth.
2. S1 100 degree and s2 220 degree need to double check suspect have sector swap.
3. Because S1 cell was disable. DT result on area 100 degree mostly serving by S2.
