As a student, since I am always at home, the first thing I want to achieve is having great discipline with my body and choices. I want to be more aware of what I eat and its components for me to know if its good for my body and health. Also, I want to be able to do my exercises regularly. Some potential barriers that I might encounter in order to achieve my goals are having lack of time management, lack of energy and lack of willpower. The first strategy that I will use in order to achieve my goals is to make a planner that I can use so that I can manage my time well. Secondly, since having less energy is one of the potential barriers for me to achieve my goals, I will eat more healthy foods that will boost my energy. Lastly, since I might also encounter lack of willpower, I want to make a schedule for my exercises and to make sure that I will do it one step at a time.
