VI.RATIONALE:
Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 32, s. 2017, DepEd Gender-Responsive Basic Education
Policy in line with its Gender and Development mandate as stipulated in the 1987 Philippine
Constitution. Ano Elementary School is committed to promoting the GAD’s main advocacy,
the development of personnel to achieve harmony and unity in the workplace. Knowing
thyself and be well-acquainted with it, thus provides opportunities to broaden an
individual’s capacity to do productive and satisfying work and a blessing to others in the
workplace.
VII.OBJECTIVE/S:
At the end of this training, the participants will be able to :
1. Enable employees to rekindle their strong commitment to respect, support, and
increase the awareness of sincere camaraderie in performing work obligation
2. Motivate and encourage Ano Elementary School employees to contribute
meaningful and quality service by “Knowing Thyself” and be a blessing in the workplace.
