Instructions For Changing Contributions, Allocations and Rebalancing The first step for all three is to log in the Prudential website and click on your account twice until you’ve reached the Account Summary page. Changing Contribution: 1. Choose Contributions from the menu on the left 2. Click on Change next to the Contribution type you wish to change (please note if switch from one to another you must both raise one and lower the other) 3. Enter your desired contribution % in the box or use the slider and click OK 4. Click Apply Changes 5. You will receive a Tracking Number immediately and a confirmation letter in the mail 6. The change can take up to two pay periods to go into effect Changing Allocations: 1. Choose Manage Investments from the menu on the left 2. Choose the Change Future Elections Button on the left 3. You will see your Current Allocations, click the Change Investment Allocations button 4. You will have a choice to keep Allocations the same for all Contribution Types, make sure that is selected. Click Next 5. Check the box next to ONLY the funds you wish to put money in. Click Next 6. Entire your desired % in the box next to each fund. The total must = 100%. Click Next 7. You will then see a Review screen with your old Allocations next to your new Allocations. Confirm they are correct then Click Apply Changes. 8. You will receive a Tracking Number immediately and a confirmation letter in the mail Rebalancing: 1. Choose Manage Investments from the menu on the left 2. Choose the Make Investment Transfers button on the right 3. Click the Rebalance Account button on the Right 4. You will have a choice to Rebalance for all Contribution Types, make sure that is selected. Click Next 5. You will then see a Review screen with your Current Holdings next to your Current Allocations. Confirm they are correct then Click Next. (please note if you have Pre-Tax and Roth Contributions you’ll see a breakdown for each) 6. You will then see a Review screen with your Current Holdings next to your Current Allocations with Black Arrows between them. Confirm they are correct then Click Apply Changes. 7. You will receive a Tracking Number immediately and a confirmation letter in the mail Remember Your Changes will NOT be visible on the site until they have been processed. As long as you have Tracking Numbers your changes have been made.
