Special Allocations ad hoc Committee—2014
Annual Report
The committee was comprised of Paula Lupcho (chair), Jeanette Fair, Bill Glassmire, Steve
Jacobs, and Jana Tindal.
The estimated amount available for disbursement was $14,000.
Committee Chairs and the general membership were notified in early June that applications were
being accepted for special projects/allocations. The committee met on July 30 at the Extension
Office.
Eight applications were received. Four requests were received from the Plant Sale Committee,
and Steve Naberhuis, Treasurer, submitted 4 requests on behalf of the board. The total amount
requested was $11,251.74.
As this amount did not exceed the estimated funds available, the committee recommended to the
board that all requests be approved. After board discussion at the August 4, 2014 meeting, the
board approved special allocations totaling $12,001.74. (Refer to chart on page 2.)
