Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with my recent experience at
your Apple Store located at Sheraton Mall.
On November 2, 2023, I visited the store with the intention of purchasing an iPad 32GB. I was greeted
and assisted by your customer service attendant, Skye, who showcased and recommended various
Apple products, including the one I was interested in. After we made a thorough discussion, I settled
on purchasing the iPad Pro 32GB, in which I paid a total of $2,000 for the device.
However, upon opening the box at Coffee Bean on my way home, I realized that the iPad I purchased
had some defects. It failed to connect to the internet and there was a huge dent near the charging port. I
was concerned and disappointed at the product, so I returned to the store to seek assistance. I was met
with poor service and treatment, and outright ignorance from your customer representative. And in
addition to that, Skye informed me that the manager was unavailable, and the defected product would
not be returned or exchanged.
This type of service I received was unacceptable and unprofessional, especially considering the amount
of money I spent on the product. I kindly request that immediate action be taken to rectify this situation.
I am seeking a full refund or an exchange for a fully functioning iPad Pro 32GB. Additionally, I would
urge you to address the behavior of the customer representative, Skye, and ensure that all staff members
adhere to the standards of customer service.
I trust that you will handle this matter promptly and effectively as I hope to maintain a positive
relationship with Apple and continue to support the store. Thank you for your attention to this matter
and I look forward to a prompt solution.
