Based on my understanding of the video that i watched earlier, It’s said that as teenagers grow up they need nutrients to function properly which means they need to eat healthy foods and maintain a balanced diet in order to function and gain energy which is needed in everyday living. Teenagers must eat healthy foods that have protein, carbs, vitamins, and fats to achieve a healthy body and decrease the chance of having disease. Drinking 8 -10 glasses of water is vital to healthy living because every cell, tissue, and organ to our body needs water to work properly. Their bodies depend on the water to survive. So they must need water to stay hydrated. On the other hand, eating unhealthy foods makes them weak so they need to avoid it. It could affect their mental and physical health which is bad for their daily living.
