KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Making teaching plans for the IELTS Program.
Managing the class, preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.
Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and assessment.
Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students.
Attend walk-ins and telephonic queries for IELTS.
Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.
Training students to acquire their respective scores and develop excellent service.
Excellent knowledge on the subject assigned to teach and ensure students participation
Understand all areas of the course syllabus provided and self-updating on the latest exam trends.
Use various skills of teaching to engage students to achieve expected results.
To improve the performance of students in IELTS exams from aspects of listening ,speaking ,reading
and writing;
To develop the curriculum, Content and teaching resources independently.
Open for challenges and exposure; can handle pressure; can take initiative. Provide quality training
focusing on IELTS exam
Ability to engage students whilst delivering face to face training with attention to quality service.
Ability to relate International students from Non-English-speaking backgrounds and provide individual
support to students
Provide the feedback to the management and plan the strategies for better result.

At least 3 to 6 years of experience in IELTS Teaching is recommended.
Excellent proficiency in the English Language in writing and speaking.
Ability to retain the interest of learners in the class
Presentable and student handling skills
Self-motivated and independent at work
Computer Literate preferable
Attended IELTS exam, with good score will have advantage
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Should know the IELTS system well and its exams.
